No Goku isn't more powerful than beerus he actually isn't even close to beerus level in the manga Beerus took on something like 6 of the other gods of destruction by himself. Beerus has an incomplete Utra Instinct
I just wish that the anime would have done justice to more of these characters like the manga did. Did you know in the manga Roshi got eliminated by Jiren After Roshi dodged Jiren about 5 times and Jiren actually had to block an attack? Far cry from Ultra Instinct but it took Jiren to eliminate Roshi.

Super might have its ups and downs, but when it is up it is just stellar. This is one such episode. Goku's sliding Kamehameha is something I always come back to watch on YT.
Based on the attack names in Xenoverse 2, this particular Kamehameha variant is the "Divine Kamehameha", as you can pull this exact sort of counter with Divine Kamehameha in XV2 if your opponent tries to hit you with a KI Blast Super/Ultimate (like the Final Flash) while you are charging it. It also has two built-in "Z Vanish" evasions you can use with it as well. It's pretty handy for a Super Attack since it can' counter both Supers & Ultimates.

Yep. Just look at when Goku went berserk against Zamasu & SS Rose Goku Black after they told him that they killed Future Chi-Chi & Goten using *HIS* body. Goku made them both look like complete chumps, and if not for Zamasu's immortality, he absolutely would have beaten both of them right then and there. Goku usually doesn't go for outright kill shots in a fight, but against Zamasu & Black he went for several kill shots, which goes to show just how royally pissed off Goku was. He's t he very definition of a "Sleeping Giant", as he's incredibly friendly, jovial, and forgiving, but if you ever manage to truly piss him off, you *WILL* regret it.

In the manga Kefla's fight was totally different, she didn't fight goku she had to face gohan instead. But as much as i would've loved seeing gohan in the spotlight here that sliding kamehameha move make this trade off worth it tbh.

It's not like Fullmetal Alchemist where the show's writers didn't wait for the manga, made up a new plot, and then had that plot completely retconned in a later series that was specifically made to be the definitive version.
I never get tired of seeing Goku skate down Kefla's blast while still charging the Kamehameha. Who would have thought seeing that happen was something I needed to see in my life
The potaras do have timelimit as of the Super’s retcon in Zamasu arc. It’s one hour for mortals, unless you put too much energy out like Blue Vegito did against M Zamasu
How is it a retcon?? First off they never gave an explanation to why they unfused in buu everyone thought it was buu’s magic but we see that wasn’t the case. Secondly goku n vegeta we’re the first mortals ever to fuse wit the potara so it was a misconception on the Kai’s part he thought it was permanent for everyone not jus the Kais. The explanation super was fine.
I’m not sure which kamehameha is best? It might be a tie between Gohan vs Perfect Cell (when Vegeta surprises Cell with his blast and Goku tells Gohan “do it now!”) and Goku vs Kefla (when he flips over her final blast). Both are so surprisingly climactic, that both give me the chills. How about you? 😅

To like dbs: broly and super hero. If you guys do take a look at the manga. Without spoiling what happens exactly, Carlie said she would love for vegeta to get UI. Through the manga he goes a different route. But I won’t say how or what the different route is just know Carlie he goes a different route. And Goku and vegeta both look so bad ass 😄
I remember the day it was televised for the first time and we were like more than a 1000 persons in a wide street watching this episode on a huge projector and everyone was just screaming of excitement and amazingness. And like vegito his power was so much and they shortened the time. But here it doesn’t matter whether you’re strong or not or how much time. It doesn’t work there like our normal time.
The rules with potara have always been 1 hour. The only reason the supreme kai thought it was forever was because of how it works with kais and becuase they've never used the potara on anyone aside from kais. Kais fuse forever while everyone else is 1 hour. The elder kai explains this

For this arc in particular the sub is really good with the ultra instinct theme/voice acting/dialog, Sean is definitely my favorite voice in anime and I definitely appreciate both, But the ultra instinct sub just hits different and is so much darker.
Lol why do some ppl always say Ultra Instinct isnt a power boost as well . Its obvious that it also adds power to the user as well as dodge attacks . Its obvious because he wouldnt have been able to even hang with Jiren if that were the case . It only wasnt being as effective as he should had been but he was still getting used to Ultra Instinct

The fact that Goku was soo outmatched in Super saiyan god but he was equally matched to ssj kefla in blue just showed the gap in power between Ssj god and ssj Blue.
Whis and vados comment a lot of times on how goku is super low on stamina. It was his fatigue holding him back.we know this bc goku blue and vegeta blue are rather close in power vegeta was not concerned w. Kefla at all. A healthy ssg goku would've obliterated them....

There is a 1 hour time limit with the potara's. If you recall back to the Zamasu saga, Vegito's immense power drains the time limit faster than an hour causing them to separate. Its only permanent when two Kai's fuse.
Yes there is a time limit to a potara fusion remember vegetto vs Zamasu the Kai of the 10th universe told them the time limit is 1 hour which is longer than the length of the entire tournament. But the stronger you push the fused form the faster the time limit is
I still can't get over the fact that you said there is no time limit with potara fusion, don't you remember vegeto splitting up vs fused zamasu. Supreme kai (Gowasu) from 10th universe said that it's only permanent if a supreme kai is involved in the fusion otherwise there is an 1 hours limit, which also gets lower depending on how much power fused character uses up.
The reason why Beerus got upset or mad and growled when Goku went UI was because that’s a power of level even the Gods of Destruction have trouble reaching. Beerus got mad cause he’s a destroyer and still hasn’t reached that power. Goku doing it in front of him hurt I’m guessing.

I hope they pick up the girls in the future again, because they have so much potential. Take Kale for example. In this tournament, she arrived so much. Even with her small amount of experience, she could hold on to SS-God without a really scratch, even Goku wasn´t fullpower. So noone can say how far she can go alone with enough time of training. I think in singlecombat she has the potential to outscale every other Sayain besides Broly. I hope she will find a teacher/master, who can bring out this potential.

Whis and vados comment a lot of times on how goku is super low on stamina. It was his fatigue holding him back.we know this bc goku blue and vegeta blue are rather close in power vegeta was not concerned w. Kefla at all. A healthy ssg goku would've obliterated them....
Or it just shows how inconsistent the power scaling is in DBS.🤷♂️

There is a 1 hour time limit with the potara's. If you recall back to the Zamasu saga, Vegito's immense power drains the time limit faster than an hour causing them to separate. Its only permanent when two Kai's fuse.
Well almost correct. It's permanent when at least one Kai is involved. It does not need to be two since Elder Kai fused with a mortal witch.

Yes there is a time limit to a potara fusion remember vegetto vs Zamasu the Kai of the 10th universe told them the time limit is 1 hour which is longer than the length of the entire tournament. But the stronger you push the fused form the faster the time limit is

I still can't get over the fact that you said there is no time limit with potara fusion, don't you remember vegeto splitting up vs fused zamasu. Supreme kai (Gowasu) from 10th universe said that it's only permanent if a supreme kai is involved in the fusion otherwise there is an 1 hours limit, which also gets lower depending on how much power fused character uses up.

The reason why Beerus got upset or mad and growled when Goku went UI was because that’s a power of level even the Gods of Destruction have trouble reaching. Beerus got mad cause he’s a destroyer and still hasn’t reached that power. Goku doing it in front of him hurt I’m guessing.

I hope they pick up the girls in the future again, because they have so much potential. Take Kale for example. In this tournament, she arrived so much. Even with her small amount of experience, she could hold on to SS-God without a really scratch, even Goku wasn´t fullpower. So noone can say how far she can go alone with enough time of training. I think in singlecombat she has the potential to outscale every other Sayain besides Broly. I hope she will find a teacher/master, who can bring out this potential.
