they recycled a lot of the old jokes, and Full House dealt with way more complex issues than Fuller House has so far, other than Stephanie being unable to have kids. Even in the 2 season scope there was a lot more than Fuller House gets, especially since it seems every other episode it just a cameo from the og cast.

To the writers, it's just the tragedy that she can't have children (to which no one offers alternates to pregnancy) and not whether or not she has an ongoing illness or if it's a malignant thing. Fuller House writers seem to go for that one moment rather than looking for future plot lines.
Has anyone noticed how Jimmy mentioned doritos and there was nothing on the counter when he mentioned it and then suddenly there are doritos on the counter when max comes down the stairs and no one had time to put the doritos there and when the cameras moved to the other person then back to max the doritos moved to another angle and then they keep moving another angle when the camera is back on max even though no one had time to move them? Has anyone noticed that?
I personally think that full house is a much better sitcom than fuller house, it had a lot of social issues in it such as peer pressure, child abuse, Amnesia (idk if that’s a social issue) , smoking, Thinking of a death of someone, weight loss (not in a good way), bullying, the list goes on, full house really was a help in hand when it came to things like this
