Sir I started working out in an akhara. And my grandfather was a pehlwan. Hence I depend on desi diet still mix 2 teaspoons of ghee and honey in milk and consume daily in the morning and consume ragda. Since I live in Bangalore I don't have the option of Kutan Sutta. So when I went home while coming back made a powdered form mixture of the Badam ragda which I consume daily as a pre and post work out as well as normal roti sabzi daal. I consume whey only on very hard workout or big muscle group days. That is why this video some what helped me feel that there are people who still depend on the balanced diet plan

pre workout isn't required at all .if some days you feel lethargic reduce the intensity ,pre workout isn't good in the long run .i've never used pre workout even on days i felt bad .
आजकल whey protien में BCAA and glutamine already rehta hai.. Mai 1 month ki training ke baad se preworkout me whey protein lene ki soch raha hoo.. Kyunki workout k samay thora fatigue feel krta hoo.. Kripya margdarshan kare
Workout se half hour phele kuch carbs intake karo....then go to workout ....drink water during workout ...peanut butter with bread before workout will work wonders...🙏
Guys listen to him...very well said...take protein one scoop that too after workout thats it and creatine 2-3gram with whey for a month then leave it for 2 weeks and then repeat and glutamine at night for recovery ...thats it...it will take time but that is more healthy and safest way to go...dont take ither unnecessary crap because its your body we are talking about...all the best👍🏻

@Bharti Ma'am, the word supplementation comes from supplement which means extra or something that replaces a need ful object with a similarity of something else. People have forgotten about natural forms like Badam Pisti Ragda, Sardari Ragda, Lassi, Dudhi and use of ghee while muscle building has become like a myth. More like you get a remark you are spoiling your muscle instead of building. But ma'am these are essential natural pre and post work out neutrients which are still being consumed in certain parts of the country. That is why it's not bad to take supplements but it should only be used when the availability of time or materials is not consistent.
