On the hills between Umbria and Tuscany, this olive farm can rely on 18 hectares of olive grove, split among two poderi (15 ha + 3 ha). Yearly production ranges around 7.5 tons of olive oil (up to 20 tons). A small vineyard (1.2 ha) would allow producing up to 15,000 bottles of wine per year.

I've started to use much more olive oil for foods - a heavier olive oil for roasting meat, and a light olive oil on pasta with bits of ham, grated cheese, and sauteed mushrooms. Delizioso !

I had no idea that different olives provide oils with diverse character. I would love to be there and learn more about that. Or that after a few decades the trees don't require irrigation. I come from a family with a long agricultural history, and I can't wait to share these bits of information with them. The olive orchards and wine vineyards are simply lovely and in pristine condition, both products are delightful to consume Chardonnay and Sauvignon are my wine favorites of course Italian olive oil is the best and we'll have to try the Dolce Agogia. The 'Dip' is due to uncertainty. However, the push back that I was always taught is that inflation works on stock prices as well as everyday goods: the price of stocks should rise along with the prices of goods and services since they have value, have (some form of) scarcity, etc. It may not be "making money" when stocks become adjusted for inflation (i.e. the prices of most stocks rising), but it will feel good, and will at least counter the negative effects of inflation on cash that just sits in a bank or sits hidden away in a mattress.
It's all about your mindset and setting positions right. I'm a dividend investor, my husband and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 270k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. I'm retiring at the end of the month at 59, while my husband will retire next year at 54. We currently have 5.7 million in out tax deferred savings.

Dani - That was another great video, and I loved the business aspect idea. Who wouldn't want a beautiful olive grove and wine orchard full of fruit that will allow your investment to pay for itself in a very short period of time? i dont think people know the opportunity they have right now. Crypto market and other markets are lower in price rather than increasing in price . Just buy the small shattered pieces that were left behind and sooner or later your portfolio value will increase
