We have always noticed, the devs are just very sensitive and have been for years. We have been “babying” them when it came to criticism, but it has gotten to the point where many people are upset so our anger and criticism is *much* more noticeable and direct now

As a royale high player that has been playing since 2017, i never quitted in my entire life. But if this is how it ends up, everyone will be quitting.
I've been playing since December 2017. This issue made me quit. I will not trade or give away my items just in case they sell the game and get an entire new team on it but I can not support the game as it is anymore now that we know all of this. It makes previous issues worse now that we know how hyper aware they were of their community and it's issues and they chose to not do anything about the actual dangerous issues but would start drama over youtubers having opinions and not being mindless free publicity robots.

This absolutely hit the spot on how I feel. I've always tried to mix in original ideas in my Royale High content with the generic "trendy" videos but it has been extremely difficult the past 2 years with barely any new content making the game decline in player base. Along with other bts difficulties.
@TauriWho, this is actually extremely true, like kreekcraft said, this game is your job. This is how you can earn money. Now I’m no professional, but i think I have an idea for you to be able to continue your channel. You don’t have to do this, and I’m saying this for other royal high UA-camrs as well, but, maybe you could make a video addressing that you cannot make Royale high videos anymore and switch to another game, even if it is difficult. I get how difficult this is, and your content is so creative. Hopefully, just maybe, you might be able to switch your channel to a new game. Wherever this goes, I bid you good luck, and hope your channel grows further.

I remember being 8, hopping on royale high after school, and role-playing. Now its all about the new sets and events, if you were to ask if anyone wanted to role-play nowadays you would be met with an empty chat and silence. I miss 2018 when the main reason to play royale high was to have fun with friends and even make new ones

I agree. If the developers cannot take the criticism they are getting, they should sell the game. The only reason cmh and other rh youtbers are pointing out the flaws is because they want to make the game better than it already is.

What annoys me the most is that every time they respond to the immense amount of backlash they receive, they promise to change but never follow through. They give people false hope that they're actually listening but never do anything about it. The only good update in 2023 was the Christmas update with advent calendar, and that was the BARE minimum after the flop they called a Halloween event happened (like 20 days late).. I feel bad for the members of the team that have actually been communicating who get roped in to all the drama though.
I really agree with that! My friends in Roblox played it, and then all of a sudden that’s when other UA-camrs including Kreek which he just uploaded right now, is saying that the game is officially dead.

Royale high was fun until they made updates about things that took away what made the game popular; roleplay , making friends and customization. After the new school got released for a few weeks/month, it became a game of trading, grinding levels for the leaderboard, and more. The community isn't dead that's for sure, but the developers need to take criticism more if the game wants to grow. I only play the game once a month for photoshoots, but royale high needs to do something; before the community gives up on them.

Honestly, Im not surprised. If Royal High dies it would not surprise me. It has gone in the wrong directions and every time i play it, it seems even worse than before. If CallMehBob wants the fanbase to continue playing, it should take suggestions from them, even if it seems like it will hurt them.
As a fellow Royale high player. Its done for most people are quitting its not the community but just the updates and expenses... The updates are the same... And EVERYTHING is not affordable.

i’ve been playing rh since late 2017. i’ve lost 2 accounts since i’ve started playing, which means i’ve lost all my items, diamonds, etc. each time i came back and went to spill all my passion into that game once again. i did take a 1 year break after loosing my 2nd account, but as soon as the new school dropped, i sprung back into action. i do really love this game, and i have loved it for so many years. its just the devs that really make me disappointed.
Gotta love roblox for creating drama every week.

As someone who has been playing the game for over 6 years, it’s very heartbreaking to see the devs throw such potential and love towards a game. I honestly wish they sell it once and for all :( I don’t have the heart to ever permanently quit rh, but with all these things summing up idk what to do. Breaks my heart seeing a game I love SO SO SO much become so unplayable for even someone like me who has been since the start

So many have quit before the second school coming out, and now we have more quitting, along with drama.
I remember how royale high used to be a fun game and you would be able to find people roleplaying easliy, till the school got really quiet, and usually find everyone in the trading hub or trying to grind(plus the items in the game are so expensive.) royale high is digging into their own grave
ive loved royale high since i was like 8 years old, its saddening to see my childhood favourite game fall down like this, as it started slowly rotting in like 2021/22
as a royale high obsessive player (due to hyperfixation with my autism+ADHD) the royale high developers have failed the community so horribly. we have been asking for YEARS for inclusivity, as its a dress up game. they only care about white hair styles as well as making all the body types extremely skinny. they even “twinkified” the male bodies, instead of just adding those versions they were reworking the masculine bodies COMPLETELY to make them tiny body types, so us male players were absolutely crushed in feeling more like a girl in our favorite game. theres sm wrong with this. they only posted an apology and decided to fix their game after THIS video right here. instead of all the hate theyre getting from their own community.
As a small content creator, I look at what’s happened and the thing is…people won’t enjoy it. They keep mentioning it’s just a ‘just a passion project’ but it’s not now, there isn’t just a few devs there is tones and it has a full toy line. It’s not just a passion project it’s a full on game and it’s really well known.
I am temporarily quitting. I hope this will make them think.

I started playing rh back in 2017, when the game was thriving in around 2020-2022, then after covid ended the devs got desperate to work on the new school, which that update COMPLETELY ruined the game. The controls were different, everything was too complicated. They stopped making new years updates. Lack of updates, and a genuinely uncared for game that used to have so much potential.
It’s a shame to see such good games just flop.
The game was created 4/10/2017 it didn't exist in 2016.

As a person who played Royale since 2018,and I never quitted for years but I’m not even playing a lot recently and atp I don’t blame anyone who’s quitting it, I’m thinking of quitting, but Haley also lost her badge as well not only for this reason but a over a harmless joke on twitter, she made a harmless joke and Royale high took it seriously as if she killed a dog. This game was my entire childhood.
I used to be a huge royale high fan like crazy, owned all the game passes and everything and played for 5+ years and I had a lot of stuff and I was a high level you could say I was really good but I stopped playing like a year ago because of stuff like this- the lack of updates and toxic community and now the devs themself have come to this. It’s just sad to see one of the biggest and my childhood games go through its downfall like this. It’s sad but I haven’t touched the game since and I don’t know how they’re gonna make it any better 😢

Kreek ain't lying. Kreekcraft and royal high do NOT go together.
As a player, they don’t listen. They don’t like real feed back, and when they get feedback they remove their badges. I’m sad and I loved the game but now it’s nothing. Barbie is a horrible dev. I’m mean it. She doesn’t try at all.

Royale high is the one game i thought would never get canceled and here’s what has happened. Honestly these makes me sad because most of my greatest friends are from rh and i have so many good memories I’m ashamed of this game and I’m gonna quit it now.
Known the game since 2019 when Leah Ashe was playing too, now its all about trading. Also nobody is talking about how messed campus 1 is rn, It is like fantasia before it got removed, people are online dating in the realm rn and its sad, royale high has also became a hub too. I am currently at 2,411 levels, but when I hit 3000 levels, I gotta let all my things go, idc anymore
