Thank you for this excellent tutorial! While I love making granny squares-- I was unsure how to crochet the granny stripe! Thanks again!! ❤😊
Glad it was helpful! What are you crocheting at the moment?
Thank you, it’s a beautiful stitch!!
Thank you. I like the stripes too. What are you crafting at the moment?
Thank you , great video ❤
You are so welcome! Any other patterns you need help with?
@@AmandaJaneCrafts yes, I would like to make a rectangle blanket for my son . I'm confused on how to start . Some say start with 23 stitches others 33 and I'm confused how to go about it . If you could enlighten me ,I would appreciate it . I'm using bulky 6 yarn ,too which I know makes it a little bit more challenging. Thank you❤️😇
The first step is to decide on the width of your blanket and to make a chain to that size stopping when you have a multiple of 3. You can then start the pattern from 4 minutes in. Just follow the same pattern and it will work up very quickly with bulky yarn.
I like your video how can I get it
Do you have free patterns are how much do they cost
Do you have video to sell how much is it?
Hiya! I don't have any patterns to sell. I am creating some free patterns shortly which will be available on the website in June. For free crochet patterns take a look at the Lovecrafts website.www.lovecrafts.com/en-gb/l/crochet/crochet-patterns?a_aid=dddb9885
Thanks , what’s side needles you using?🙏🙏🙏
I used a 4mm crochet hook and double knitting yarn. If you are using aran or worsted weight yarn then use a 5mm hook. Also remember that everyone crochets to a slightly different tension or gauge so you may want to go up or down a size of hook to suit your project. For a blanket the exact tension or gauge does not matter too much.
I used a 4mm crochet hook and DK weight yarn but if you use aran or worsted weight then use a 5mm hook. If you are unsure then look at the recommended hook size on the paper band around the ball of yarn.
Hi which number crochet hook you used please
I used a 5mm crochet hook.🙂
