PI NETWORK SUMMARY
Pi Network is an experiment to create the first digital cryptocurrency that can be mined on a mobile phone.
It is an attempt to create a decentralized open-source blockchain that is eco-friendly. It was created by three Stanford University graduates Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis, Dr. Chengdiao Fan, and Vincent McPhillip.
Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis, the head of technology, had previously co-founded Gameyola, a monetization and distribution platform for casual Flash games on social networks, and is the instructor of Stanford University’s first decentralized applications class; combining distributed systems and human-computer interaction to bring cryptocurrency to everyday people.
Vincent McPhillip, the head of the community, had also previously co-founded The Stanford Blockchain Collective, a cross-disciplinary student club across the engineering, business, and law schools.
Unlike bitcoin with its proof-of-work consensus protocol, Pi, the cryptocurrency generated by Pi Network miners as a reward for mobile activities performed to secure the blockchain, is built on the Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP).
The Stellar Consensus Protocol (SCP) requires several nodes to cast ballots on transaction validity, an activity that requires less computing power compared to bitcoin's proof-of-work consensus protocol that depends on nodes that require lots of electricity which, consequently, has negative effects on the environment because of the carbon emissions that results from bitcoin mining.
In October 2019, just 7 months after launch, Pi Network recorded over 500,000 installs, with active users spread across 180 countries.

I’m not even sure Pi network can give out Pi to iOS users for the same reason brave browser no longer can no longer give iOS users BAT Token.
1) The developers already invested way way more into the project than they earned from ads. Any scam is the opposite: you invest very little and hope for a short ten gain. Pi developers looking for a long term payoff (and yes they will be paid! They have millions of Pi coins reserved for themselves)
2) the tangible value of Pi network is no different from Dogecoin. It does. It serve any utility like many other cryptos but it’s utility in being a widespread alternative to money.
3) related to the above, being a mobile crypto it has a much greater potential than Doge and other such coins
4) accessible. You don’t need to register for coinbase or Robinhood or another account to actually get/mine Pi. Anyway one in the world can do it, provided they have the right ID to pass KYC verification. In this respect, Pi has most potential among cryptos.
5) limited supply/scarcity. The developers understand that it is important to gradually limit the mining rate. It’s a delicate balancing act: having a large supply for a truly global crypto yet avoiding hyperinflation.
6) first mover advantage. There are now many attempts to copy Pi and some do look like scam. Like bitcoin being the first gives you a huge advantage. Pi is closest to phase 3 relative to competitors. It’s about 2-3 years ahead.
7) Pi has a serious foundation is Stellar (XLM). Read the white paper. It’s not a made up coin. It will have a blockchain base.
8) KYC verification. You will lose points from those who do not pass ID verification.

What is innovative that I found about pi is the pi community is the first miner community in blockchain world, eliminate monopoly in mining which is at the same time eliminate price manipulation, you know what I mean right, especially Bitcoin the price is too volatile because of price manipulation. I think if DeFi and Staking available in pi community, it will attract more pi user. Never let pi coin to become one of the speculator instrument because the pi price become too volatile like Bitcoin.
I hope the pi become the first stablecoin with 100 USD value per coin, the price will not too volatile in exchange.

The first step is pi community must self sufficient first, produce goods and services independently without fiat interference, the best goods and services is kind of franchise, we still need fiat but through indirectly way, my suggestion is, Let say 1 pi always equal to 100 usd value of Bitcoin ( or any coin ), if somebody need 1 pi then he/she need to pay with bitcoin (or any coin ) with 100 usd value. pi must emulate fully the fiat community in order become self sufficient but globalists and governments will never allow this to happen

I think the "Pi Network" CEOs have too many shares and that is not right. That makes me think that this whole thing of Pi Network won't go anywhere. If Pi goes even to just 10 dollars, they easily would be in the top of the richest people in the world. And for a coin that have no value at all, that it is not right.
