@@AikenAdventures Omg thank you 😊 for the quick reply we’re thinking about getting season tickets for Legoland my son is about your daughters age which parks do you think are worth season tickets here in FLORDIA ? @Kellykat702 good question. We have done season passes for Disney, Legoland, and SeaWorld, and enjoyed each of them. What I’ve seen people do is do a different pass each year. If you do the SeaWorld pass, you might think of doing the multi park pass and including Busch Gardens and the waterparks in your annual pass. We find that, when traveling with small children, it takes several trips to one park in order to see everything, so spacing out your pass purchases makes sense in that way.
It’s great! I know you’ll enjoy! The food thing was inconvenient, but not so much that we wouldn’t go back! We would just make different plans, and actually, it was very easy to leave the park and return-several food places are close by.
My guess is they were short staffed when you went hence all the restaurants being closed and the one at the water park with no line still taking a long time. They probably laid off a bunch of employees because of Covid and only rehired when sure they had a certain amount of admissions.
I think they do actually. Someone recommended to us to bring our own food next time. Also, consider using the app to order food because you can just go by and pick it up when it’s ready.
I am glad they still have the pretty gardens so well maintained. Cypress gardens used to have some pretty life size topiary. Did they still have any of that or any topiary
@@AikenAdventures Going to Cypress Gardens inspired me to be a gardener as a profession. I have been doing plant and flowerbed maintenance for 23+ years as a business.
Unfortunately it’s a smaller version but some of it is still there and it’s absolutely beautiful! I think it would be a great area for weddings but unfortunately the park doesn’t do that anymore.
We just decided today to take a trip to Florida to visit Legoland and this video will make it trip go so much smoother! I am going to share with the rest of the adults in our group so we can all be on the same page! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us!
@@AikenAdventures we are going down in May this year! I was excited before, and now that I have a better idea of the park, the stress level is much lower so we will all be able to enjoy ourselves that much more! I have 3 boys, ages 5, 11, and 14! 🥰 They're going to have a blast!! 🤩 Thank you once again and I hope you guys enjoy your next trip to Legoland even more than your first round! God bless you!! 💜
It depends on what age your children are, I think, and whether you plan to do the Waterpark or not. We always take a long time to explore theme parks because we end up going at a slower pace with our children and all the content creation. I think you could do it comfortable in two days. Plus one day for the water park and one day for Peppa Pig. I do think you could reasonably do the park in just one day (this particular video was filmed in one day).
Florida is fairly warm year-round especially compared to the north, but it can occasionally tend to get a little cool in the mornings and evenings between December and February. I’d recommend packing some light jackets for the early mornings and evenings.
@@AikenAdventures Its currently showing low 50s from December 22 to 26.. Please recommend if light jackets are sufficient or we need some extra heavy jackets in disney and lego land parks
March weather is usually pretty fantastic. Just remember, though, that there are two seasons in Florida: hot and hotter, so depending on where your from, March in Florida can be like summer somewhere else.
So I'm taking my kids for Christmas this year and I think I need to get the fast track to skip the line cuz I had the same problem at Disney World where the lines were just long and we couldn't get on all the rides and I wish I had got to skip the Line pass but this time I'm not going to make that mistake especially on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day thank you this video really helped me out😊
Merlin parks announced in Jan 2022 that Food and Beverage services will be contracted to Aramark. So hopefully that improves the food situation in the future.
Looking forward to it. I was just thinking, when we were at the Peppa Pig Park the other day that they would do well to subcontract their food service. Very glad to hear this.
Great vid. Looks like we will take strollers, food, and try to start from the back. I did know about the height issue from a previous experience but you have to point that out specially for new parents.
We only love about two hours from the park, so we took our own stroller. Whatever your traveling arrangements would likely determine what you should do.
Thank you so much for this video...we are planning a family vacation this month...my so has been dying to go..I am happy they have the water park for my daughter
We wish we had done that as an answer to the long lines for food and the app will also help you identify which rides your children can ride according to height
Absolutely! But use the app. That will tremendously improve your experience. I think that you can order your lunch in the app and then go to your selected location to pick it up. The app also provides height restriction information. We just underestimated the size of the park and didn’t have advanced knowledge about which rides our two year old could ride.
Most of the food places are closed because they do not have the staff to run everything. We talked to employees and they said they can’t get anyone hired on to stay.
This video is so helpful, I’m planing to go with my family (7 kids included) this Saturday. I’ve never been so all the tips you gave are going to be super handy. Especially the eating situation (Lunches will be packed) Thanks again 👍🏽
The rides that we showed were targeted to younger children because we have a 3 year old (two at the time of the making of this video), but there are also several roller coasters as well. The target age groups for the park are 2 to 12.
We have found that most of those places are still closed actually. After having been to Legoland several times at this point, we strongly recommend bringing your own lunch. Food service at Legoland is slow and expensive in our opinion. We tried to do lunch at Burger Kitchen just two weeks ago and the entire process took more than two hours.
We didn’t really ride the water slides mostly because we have a three year old and a baby and Alaina and I weren’t really interested in riding the slides. We’re boring.
Most stuff is closed because of covid. It has not been the same in over a year. We always plan around leaving for food because the lines are long at the one of two open places and the food isn't great.
ive noticed this EVERYWHERE we go. places just dont have enough employees to man all the food stations. we went to a local halloween pumpkin patch and the line was over an hour for food. we left and went to mcdonalds lol

My son is 6 and currently 45.5” tall (there’s only 1 ride he isn’t tall enough for in Disney). Is the park so large it would require more than 1 day to do everything. It would be just myself and the 6 year old :)
We think 1 day is enough unless you’re doing the water park also. Then you might need a little more time. You can either check ride height requirements on the app or there’s a chart at the front of the park where you can measure him when he walks in and you can see which rides he can ride.
You are in Florida. There is not many places that are open and if they are customer service always sucks. People here are really not that considerate and/or fast. That’s Florida for you, my friend.
Absolutely. There’s a lot of waking, but it’s not so big that you couldn’t hit everything you wanted to do in one day. The Peppa Pig park will add a new dynamic, though.
@@AikenAdventures Oh we are super pumped?? I believe we may get the two day tickets so it’s not so overwhelming the first day and can break it up a little bit haha!! Enjoyed your all’s video so much!!!! The tips are very much appreciated!! 😃😃😃

❤️🙏🏽
Where in Florida is Lego land ?
Winter Haven, Florida.
You are in Florida. There is not many places that are open and if they are customer service always sucks. People here are really not that considerate and/or fast. That’s Florida for you, my friend.
😔
lego landin polk county is the best its near cypress gardens
Actually, they bought Cypress Gardens. So Cypress Gardens is now surrounded by Legoland.
Stellar! ⭐✨✨✨✨
Thanks!
even height limit can the parents not get on with them?
Parents can ride the rides with children.
Going today…
Did you enjoy it?
We are possibly planning a trip next year, probably earlier in the year when Peppa Pig’s park opens!!! Is LEGOLand doable in your opinion in one day??
Excellent! Keep us posted about your trip!
Do they require masks? I notice you guys have them on and off throughout the video.
Good question. I’ll provide the link in case the policy changes when someone else reads this question and response.
When we were there, they were required indoors, on the rides, and whenever social distancing was not possible (so the queue lines for example).

Girl is beautiful like Lacey chabert ❤️
Thanks
Restaurants are closed because there are no enough workers.
This video is actually several months old now and I think many of the restaurants have re-opened, but the general consensus about Legoland is to bring your own food.
❤
Thank you!
After watching you guys… I’m not taking my kid to legoland
I guess we’re glad we could help…. 😳😬
First of all, what else do you need to know other than that Legoland is a theme park
Sure!
Sure!
Do they hassle you to wear masks at Legoland Florida?
Masks are no longer required.
👨👩👧❤️🔥❤️❤️🔥💗
Trust me it’s not because of Covid. People in Florida just don’t want to work. So it’s not easy to hire anyone that actually even sticks around.
Interesting. That’s too bad.
Looks like a big waste of money.
Depends on who’s going I guess. Our three-year-old LOVES it. Some discounted tickets are available. Our favorite deal is from Groupon.
You want to save money don't go Legoland sucks!
I guess it depends on your age and stuff. Our little children love Legoland.
So basic theme park tips
Probably, except, this time, they’re at Legoland. 🤷🏽♂️
They make you wear mask inside? Just burn your mask.
This has been months ago. I have no idea what the current mask policy is.
