Last Monday, I went to film for “Sebasi: The 15 Minutes That Changed the World”. This marks the start of my newest dream, to lecture in English. To be honest, I was so nervous that I could barely sleep. The day before, I kept practicing over and over during my rehearsal sessions, but I was still nervous. Regardless of the challenges I faced, everything seemed to fall in place the minute I got up on stage - I took my first steps towards accomplishing my dream. I decided to share this behind the scenes video because I wanted to let everyone know, that even though I seem to be confident on stage, the process was not easy. That’s probably how it is when starting a new career or when taking the first few steps towards a goal/dream - full of flaws with many challenges to face. I, MiKyung Kim, would like to encourage everyone that is chasing after and working hard for their dream(s). If I can start a new challenge at 55 years old, you can do it too!
