    那就是椰子面包啦!!!! 而且面包超软的!!!
    没错! 这个面包就是我们可以经常在外面买到来吃的椰子面包的食谱,大家可以趁这次的MCO 期间动起来,一起来试下做吧!!!

    椰子面包食谱
    面包
    1. 高筋面粉 - 500克
    2. 即溶酵母 - 1汤匙 / 5克
    3. 盐 - 1汤匙
    4. 牛油- 75克
    5. 鸡蛋 - 1颗
    6. 白糖 - 100克
    7. 清水 - 220毫升
    8. 椰丝 - 1颗半椰子的分量
    9. 白糖 - 5汤匙
    10. 马六黑糖 - ½ 粒
    11. 黄糖 - 5汤匙
    12. 斑蘭叶 - 2-3片
    13. 姜片 - 2-3片
    In this episode we are going to show you how to make coconut buns or coconut bread rolls, and this is a Malaysia food that you can easily find around here.
    Chinese Coconut bread Recipe and ingredient list:
    Bread Dough
    1. 500g High Protein Flour
    2. 1 tbsp/5g Instant Yeast
    3. 1 tbsp Salt
    4. 75g Butter
    5. 1 Egg
    6. 100g White Sugar
    7. 220ml Water
    1. 1 and a half coconut portion of Shredded Coconut
    2. 5 tbsp White Sugar
    3. ½ of a whole Malacca Black Sugar
    4. 5 tbsp Brown Sugar
    5. 2-3 pieces of Pandan Leaves
    6. 2-3 pieces of Ginger Slice
    Note :
    炒椰丝的黄糖分量可自行调整,喜欢甜的朋友可以多放黄糖。
    The volume of the brown sugars to put in when stir-frying coconut flakes can be adjusted for personal preference, if you like it sweeter, please put more brown sugars.
