Regardless of the wrestler, Haku is always the undisputed, or nearly undisputed, baddest dude. That’s phenomenal!
FACTS, UNDENIABLE
Me too, but I was high on angel dust! It gave me superpowers
Everyone seems to say the same thing about Haku; One of the nicest guys in the industry, but would literally eat your eyeballs.
Top 5 All Time Greatest Wrestlers According to Paul Roma:
1. Paul Roma
2. Paul Roma
3. Paul Roma
4. Paul Roma
5. Paul Roma
Honorable mention: Paul Roma
You forgot Paul Roma.
Paul’s motto is “Those who give respect, get respect” he’s the Don of the wrestling business!
I met Paul Roma at an autograph signing. I brought my Power and Glory poster and showed fear. He was very pleased snd signed it.
Bad News was an Olympic Bronze Medalist in Judo. As tough as they come!
Andre would have absolutely killed bad news brown or anyone else if he really wanted to.
@@boduke2299A real fight with no rules, Haku would have mamed and bloodied Andre. Just a small guy who could fight or just a big fatso who couldn’t, not a problem for Andre. But a 300 lb crazy MMA trained guy who knows how to attack the eyes and throat and is fearless like Haku. Andre would have gotten abused😂
@@boduke2299Andre you can’t compare to the average human being. The man was a legit giant.
I like when asked about Haku he says Yes without hesitation 😆
because he knows better
Number one is definitely Paul himself.
Possibly the 50th or so wrestler I've seen say Haku was the toughest badass without the slightest hesitation.
Roma " I gave Warrior workout tips "
And he gave Rick Rude ab advice.
A lot of people don't know this but Paul Roma taught Haku the Tongan death grip
I’ve seen a interview with Haku he admitted it
lmao comment of the week award winner on this channel
It was actually the Roman death grip but they changed it because Roma wouldn't blow Patterson.
😂
Imagine putting the Tongan death grip on someone's nut sack.
"After my dark match against the Brooklyn Brawler at WM6, the crowd started to leave for the evening"

paul "the main event" roma
main event jey uso
Yeah. Roma determined who the tough guys in wrestling were based on who feared or respected Roma. Makes sense.
wtf is roma to be feared?
Paul's got connections
@@PAPITOFLOW6969 NY Mafia, they usually accompanied him backstage on occasion. Jack Lanza told Roma to tell them to leave one time and Roma said you tell them. Obviously Jack had second thoughts about staying alive.
@@donjohn2695no he doesnt lol - hes doing the same thing every italian dude from the north east is doing and making you THINK he does
@@curthennig9448Sounds like they feared his connections more than they actually feared HIM though.
Danny Hodge outside of Andre was the baddest dude in the business imo. It’s all speculation at the end of the day but if you’re a real tough guy, you are not scared of anybody
Supposedly Danny Hodge made a rookie Bruiser Brody actually cry, as Brody was 6' 8", 300+ lbs and didn't want to sell to a guy who was under 6' and about 210 or so....big mistake..
Brody was favorite wrestler so I know a lot about him. That story is only confirmed by Bill Watts. I’ve heard he vice gripped him for no selling & basically stifled Brody. Which is more believable than hearing that he begged to let go or made him cry lol. These stories always get stretched way worse than they really are bc ppl wanting to believe in super hero’s or something. That’s why I say if you are a real tough guy, you are not scared of nobody. You may get your ass beat but nothing more nothing less. Brody was a legit fighter as well. Hodge was a real tough matchup for anybody bc he could drop you with his hands with his fists or grabbing a hold of you with his immense strength in his hands. Undefeated Amateur Wrestler, Olympic Gold Medalist I believe 3 times & a Golden Gloves boxer. He was the real deal. Just listen to what others have said. He has put his wrath before on other wrestlers not just drunk guys in a bar. Listen to Ole Anderson, Greg Valentine, Gerald Brisco, Jim Ross, Sgt. Slaughter, Dutch Mantell, etc. Even Kurt Angle & Dan Severn hold him in high regard
I have heard the story of Danny Hodge wrestling an actual bear in the ring in a battle royal & the bear was kicking everyone’s ass & then Hodge came out & he got behind the bear & yanked a hair out of his ass & made the bear run away screaming afraid of humans after that lol. Supposedly lol
Good stuff here bout Hodge wrestling a bear lol

Roma ran with the guys who built the Rosemont of course you're gonna fear and respect him.
Roma really doesn't like Koko B. Ware. Anything Roma says about him has to be taken with a grain of salt.
didnt koko kick his ass
Paul tried to poison Frankie the bird
Nah Paul said something disrespectful about him and Koko came into the locker room and they fought. Then Koko went into his room and Paul went downstairs after getting approval from Bobby Heenan to go fight Koko for round 2 and Koko wouldn’t come out. Then the next day Pritchard or Patterson came and approached Paul and tried to get him in trouble and he said that he didn’t fight back against Koko and they walked away and Paul didn’t get in trouble. That’s about the story. Who knows why he didn’t like Koko beforehand 🤷🏻♀️ in this interview he tells the whole story if you can find it.
Amazing evory shoot interview. When they ask whos the baddest dude. % 99. Without hesitation say. Haku. Guy is not someone to mess with 👋🤣
People either feared or respected Paul Roma (according to Paul Roma). There were no other options. He also invented Post-It Notes and cured several diseases ~before~ they existed.
He’s the one who got Bin Laden!
Paul Roma is delusional. 🙄
😂😂😂😂😂
Roma has turned into WWF version of Greg Gagne of shoot interviews. He takes credit for a lot of things and puts himself in the center of a lot of situations.
Im really digging these Roma videos
So is Roma's ego!
Roma can beat up anyone in the world blindfolded. It’s not bragging if it’s fact.
😆😅😂🤣
😂😂😂😂
Tony Garea can fart
And they cloned him and named him Ken shamrock.
Georgemaranville3305-No, it’s bragging 😊
Paul Roma was underrated and misused. I never understood why he and Jim Powers weren't bigger stars. They had the moves and physiques to be at least upper mid card guys. As good as Vince was with gimmicks and taking former NWA/WCW guys and turning them into megastars, I don't know how he couldn't make Roma and Powers bigger stars. Also I am probably the only one on the planet that thought Paul being in the 4 horseman was a good idea. Figured they'd groom him to be bigger. I love the 4 horseman and I supported all of the different variations of them and let's face it, at one time people didnt think Benoit, Pillman, Malenko, and McMichaels didnt belong in the Horseman either and I didnt mind them in the group either. Paul's only problem was that he stayed in the WWF/WWE too long when for quite a while he was just used as a jobber. Even though he finally got a decent push in Power&Glory, I think he wouldve been better off in some of the other wrestling promotions where he may have been pushed more whether it would've been World Class, AWA, Memphis, Florida, etc. Roma had a point about the other members, the Andersons looked like every one one of my baseball coaches from the 80s (out of shape bald dudes who spent their time bowling on the weekends and drinking a case of beer) and Flair was flabby and tried keeping guys like Scott Steiner and Rick Rude down. So when Roma was introduced to the Horsemen, I thought he actually looked like an athlete and a guy that could get the ladies.
Pillman Mongo beniot dean didn't belong in the horsemen
No charisma.
Pretty easy to see that in these videos as well.
@@chriswells506 plenty of stars didnt have charisma and promoters were able to still turn them into bigger stars than Paul.
Shamrock, Blackman, Benoit, and Malenko, just to name a few.
Roma as part of power and glory with Hercules should have been WWF tag team champions they had the look they had Paul's high-flying they had the brawn and power in the mighty Hercules and they had the doctor of style slick as the mouthpiece they where greatly underused
@@donjohn2695 i couldnt agree more!
I've been watching a lot of these videos and now realizing Paul Roma is the fucking man!
Same conclusion lol
@@RondondemarcoHe has his own podcast called "Hey Roma"
@@Nostalgia9478 I have to check ✔️ it out. He takes no ish. I respect that honestly.
He’s a legend… if you don’t believe it he’ll tell you that himself 😆
@@dalegreening6476 I actually like that attitude. Too much narrative creating about other wrestlers from the stool pigeons Vince McMahon created.
Cocky? Humble? Arrogant? It does not matter in that everyone says Haku is the realest monster
Andre was scared of Paul, deep down. He feared Roma
Haha that’s prob what Roma thinks
Of course, Andre feared him. Goes w/o saying. Isn't he running for President this year?
Andre knew Roma would catch on to the game of cribbage rather quickly. Andre sought different card playing opponents after Roma skunked him 10 consecutive times.
Roma was the real boss. Lol
Like ric flair & Alex wright
3:55 It's too bad Title Match Wrestling cut out the clip of Paul Roma burying Ted Dibiase.
When Ted went back to WWE, he went back to be an adviser to set the wrestlers straight from their drug issues and other problems.
Roma criticized Dibiase for only going back to make money, not get the wrestlers to clean up.
Interviewer: A lot of people say Haku was the toughest guy in the business. Would you agree with that?
Roma: Yes (if you take me out of the equation)
Roma can tear someones heart out and eat it, just ask him..
Surprised Roma admitted to knowing who Andre even was, and then brag about dropkicking him on top of his head and Andre saying "you go over boss"
This guysays the word memories 100 times a minute
#RIPAndreTheGiant
#RIPRickRude
#RIPBadNewsBrown
The way paul thinks of himself is amazing.he realy thinks he's all that when he isn't anything.
I didn't realize Paul was andres son
This guy was such big star back then
Why do you think Paul Orndorff teamed up with Roma in WCW? he was scared to death of him
I saw a battle royal in Minnesota, Andre head butted freight train Jones in the middle of the ring. Jones didnt sell it because his gimmick is to have a hard head that white people cannot penetrate. Andre got insulted at the disrespect and threw Jones over the top rope from the middle of the ring. Never saw anything like it ever again.
Rufus R. Jones. 1977?
@@curthennig9448 Holly Cow Curt! Sometimes you scare me! You are a genetic cross between Gump and Rainman! I say Gump because you've been to every important event in life, and I say Rainman because you remember every detail! I think you are correct, because I was there by myself. My old man was so relieved that I finally got my license and he was relieved of duty to take his kid to the matches every month.
I showed Buff, Scott Steiner, warrior and luger how to lift properly...Paul
Of course, the toughest of the toughest is Paul. Just ask him. I think he also invented electricity. And created the earth.
He also invented polo shirts 👕
@@JohnnySquare 😂😂😂😂😂
Pretty sure Roma was the first man on the moon, or he at least designed the rocket.
I checked, he did both.
He can also play basketball.
He invented wrestling as it is
According to Paul Roma, he created the Earth in five days.
If you want a list of Paul Roma’s enemies, just check the extinct species list.
The only wrestler who could go toe to toe with Haku in a street fight is......Harvey Wippleman
Those 8 inch pythons are to be feared.
What in the hell does "rose bushing" somebody mean?! At minute 2:24 the interviewer says: "This was about the time they started rose bushing you".
"really pushing you"
Clean out your ears
At the end of the day, I could see prime Roma taking prime Haku in a shoot fight as long as no biting was allowed...It is what it is, folks!
Haku would destroy him without bitting
At the end of the FRIGGIN day, it is what it is
@@richardstetson8221 Well said, sir
When he mentions Piper, he says "I go by who respects me or fears me." I'm not sure where that came from in relation to Piper, but it's just odd that those are the only two options: respect or fear, especially when he said he doesn't even know which one it is.
Andre > EVERYBODY, ever
Roma actually had a very short pro boxing career going 2-1.
I watched a few of these, Roma appears to be a well spoken individual but in comparison to his peers he was a mid-card talent. What was his gimmick? A great looking physique? There were and still are dozens of guys in the business like him. Today he might be champion of sort. Maybe not World but IC, U.S., or one of the under belts. Because there just isn't the talent around that existed back when he was in the WWF/WWE. You understood Hercules as Power in Power and Glory, but WTF was Glory? Silly as Rythym and Blues or almost, neither Honky Tonk or Greg Valentine could carry a tune in a piano case. Honky Tonk, Roma, occasionally worked with the guys who made the money. Sorry, opinions vary, but results cannot be altered.
Roma reminds me so much of Ken Shamrock, difference is Shamrock proved himself to be one of the best fighters ever ,where Roma has not.
He looks and talks just like Shammy
They would have been a good tag team.
More like Joe Pesci
Paul Roma didnt he tag team with Rick Santana back in the 80's or 90's if i recall
Tito I'm sorry
Bam Bam and Quake had to be on that list.
If Andre would have gotten off that bus when Bad News rightfully called him out, he wouldn’t have got back on it. Allen Coage was as legit as they come.
My opinion of Paul Roma is mostly positive cause Paul was selfless ate far as putting people over + he was definitely one of the boys also never kiss butts to get ahead + he was definitely a loyal friend if he liked you but Paul definitely had a short fused bad temper though + a bit of an ego when it came to his body but the pros outdo the cons forsure with Paul Roma👍
lol This guy is in his own little world, isn't he?? lol
A legend in his own mind. He was a good athlete, but he didnt have "it". He could put you to sleep.
Greatest Horseman ever 🐎
He says him and rude brought the house down hive me a break.the only time paul had the fans going somewhere was to the bathroom when his match came on.
😂😂😂
Too bad Roma was BOOR-RING! on the mike. He could have been a contender.
Hahaha people feared him yeah ok 😂😂😂😂😂 this guy was the greatest of all time in his mind
That battle royal might been the one on snme
Is it true that Roma was best man at Andre’s wedding? Does anyone know?
Greatest drop kick I ever seen was Paul's.
Okay, I haven't watched the video yet but I'm gonna say Roma claimed himself as one of the tough guys. Let's see if I'm right . . .
" i had no issues with Ultimate". He talks like that's his his first name.
Roma is a delusional jobber to the stars at best
Hello
Why hello there
Who would fear Roma? He’s a legend in his own mind. When he was in the horsemen WCW was begging people to join the horsemen at the time they asked Roma.
Your dad was scared of Roma. He told me to protect him.
Roma is such a mark for himself lol 😂😂
Rick rude
Rude Richard
Andre was a Embellshment created by the WWF travelling side show attraction 6'9 at Best ..Racist Boozer got called out by Bad News Brown twice in Japan ... and backed down ..
You believe that because bad news said that after Andre died.
Bad news? That is the guy that andre took the dump on down in Mexico. Yeah real tough guy. Calling out Andre all the time but does nothing actually andre actually s***s on him.
I believe this because Andre was clearly wrong. Andre came from a place where race relations didn't exist. Insensitive or racist remarks guys, like Andre, would just blurt out recklessly. It offended Brown and he said so. That was it.
You might have a race obsession. Racism is neither right nor wrong it’s an opinion.! Also there are pictures of Andre standing next to Wilt Chamberlain at a time when Andre was already starting to shrink in height. Wilt was 7’1 and Andre looked about an inch shorter but much girthier. Andre was a giant.
ive heard other black wrestlers talk about andre.. the only one ive heard make racist allegations is bad news
Does anyone really care what Paul Roma thinks?
I don't remember this guy at all.
No house was ever brought down with Paul Roma. He was a jobber.
