Kiitos! Looking forward to your daily planning set up. I've only just started tracking my health in a way that is similar to yours. I should have been tracking for a long time because I have some chronic health issues, but I'm getting it all figured out. Before recently, my thought process was "everything is bad so why bother tracking it?" But I think it can be beneficial to see the good days too.
Oh totally! The even a little better days and the fluctuations of things are really important to see. Maybe and hopefully you'll start to notice that not everything is bad, all the time ❤️🙏🏼
I am so glad I found this channel. I want to do a weekly/ monthly planner and also have a seperate daily. So I was looking for ideas 😊
