You can add in time manually if you wish, however if you wish to take advantage of our features such as activity percentages, apps & url tracking annd screenshot captures, you'll need to track your time using our desktop software.
How the time tracker works? Is it record the screen?
If you use our desktop software, our app will record screenshots of your screen. The way it works is quite simple. You'll just need to press Start when you begin tracking your time, and stop to end it.
Can this software works for photographer?
Yes! Absolutely. Our software works great for people in creative industries to wish to track their time for clients, or themselves to better manage their time.

I have an employee who is very un-savvy regarding tech. I chose Hubstaff because it was rated as easy for tech-un-savvy people. Is there a tutorial that is for the employee to get her started? This one (and others I am finding) are directed to the employer.

Hey Tahir if you'd like you can connect with us by reaching out to support@hubstaff.com and we can make sure you're setup properly. Other than that just make sure the location services are enabled on the phone of the person who's out traveling to a location and that they're clocked in on the Hubstaff mobile app as they're traveling.
