Really enjoying all the recent posts to this channel. Would you consider doing a video on how to put together an outfit? For example, what piece do you start with (jacket, tie, or something else)? How do you select complementary pieces from there? And, how does the occasion you are dressing for affect your choices?
I think Mark has a great eye for this, and combining colors in particular, so would be interested to hear his thought process.

Olive greens are a great summer color. It can be dressed up while still looking understated.

Never personally understood why navy is the first color of choice for this season? It actually really frustrates me - it doesn't feel seasonal to me at all, but so many of the easily accessible options are navy
Light to mid warm-family colors in open weaves for me - navy seems completely contrary to the main idea, darker colors absorbing more sunlight etc

Hi Mark, in your opinion, what weight of linen cloth would you recommend for a linen summer suit for wear in Southeast Asia? I'd deeply appreciate your advice with this. I live in Manila, so I assume our summers may be somewhat similar to those in Hong Kong. How high in grams could I go without compromising on wrinkles-yet not running too hot for outdoor events? Always enjoying your videos. Thank you!

Hello! I have a pair for tan wholecut oxfords that I would like to wear more often, but I feel the contrast between the formality of the wholecut style and the informality of tan makes it hard to find a good suiting color/style match. Would love any suggestions!
To be very honest, my suggestion is to have them re-dyed to something darker. As you say it's just too much of a clash to wear outside very niche looks.
What about a madras jacket? Thoughts?
