"Last Crusade" has a deleted scene involving a large tarantula that crawls over "Indy". It's one of the traps in the "Holy Grail" temple. We know the scene was shot as their is a still of it.
Fascinating! But……. No need to mention that big ass centipede? 😂
Scientifically speaking, centipedes aren't actually insects! It's the same reason I didn't go in-depth about the spiders either! Both centipedes and spiders share a phylum with insects (that being arthropods) but aren't a part of the insect class (they are chilopoda and arachnids respectively). I am glad that I didn't have to cover them though, because as you said that is a BIG centipede!
@@PretzelMG08 Great info regarding it and spiders too, thank you for sharing. And for the record, the reason I mentioned it is because having watched Temple of doom in the theater as a kid, a kid who grew up in Hawaii where centipedes like the one used in the film are a very common thing to see, it sure made a lasting impression on me! That said, thank you again for sharing and I would love to see more videos such as this one in the future
@@dannyellaboatboat Ah, I see! Interesting how the movie was able to make centipedes leave such an impression on you! I'm also glad you enjoyed the video, I'll keep your feedback in mind!
@@PretzelMG08 That it did, no doubt. You’re welcome! 🙂👍
2:00 definitely isn't 2000 ants carrying him? Kinda looks like it to me
I personally never thought so. The ants are so big that I don't think that many could even fit under that guy to begin with. There probably are thousands of ants living in that colony though!
