  • Farmers dealing with feral hogs face numerous challenges in protecting their crops and livestock. Feral hogs, descendants of domesticated pigs that have gone wild, have become a significant nuisance in many rural areas. These highly adaptable creatures are known for their destructive feeding habits and ability to reproduce rapidly, making them a formidable problem for farmers.
Dealing with feral hogs requires a proactive and multifaceted approach. Farmers must stay vigilant, monitoring their properties for signs of hog activity and adapting their control strategies accordingly. Collaboration among farmers, wildlife agencies, and local communities is crucial in developing effective management plans and minimizing the impact of feral hogs on agricultural operations.

As a former (somewhat) successful suburban gardener, I am in awe of the American farmer who feeds me better than a king of olden times. Every single one of those pigs is robbing this man and his family of hard eared income; they gotta go.

Good video. When you called the hogs in close a 300 BLK suppressed subsonic would be great.
    Keep the videos coming

I have a question about the zero distance. Typically, for an AR with a red dot, I zero at 36 yards. I do this because from point blank out to 300 yards the bullet impacts are very tight. Keeps things simple. The thermal seems to be similar in this effect because I don’t feel I will be engaging much of anything beyond 300 yards with a thermal. Now, I am sure some people have some thermals(and weapons) that can and will reach out beyond 300 yards. However, most of us will not want or need to engage anything beyond 300 yards. So, for that distance, I will choose a 36 yard zero. Any thoughts or suggestions? I know there are people that want to stretch it out there a bit further. Cool. But at night everything is different and more difficult than daytime. So maybe you could educate us with a video or two speaking about close range engagements zero and longer range engagement zero distances with a thermal and why. I am just brainstorming here. I am not a sniper, but I want the best all around zero for my weapons system.
