You should also go to visit Pashupati arati it should start around between 6:30 to 7:30 PM at Pashupatinath temple located at gaushala you can ask around local when will arati will start many devotees will be there and also tourist!!!
and also you have to eat juju dhai which is curd it is found on bhaktapur!!!!
