Male Lions are much too over glorified!! In reality, They're lazy & don't even hunt that often!!! The Lionesses do most of the hunting & The Males take care of Hyenas,Wild dogs, & other invading Lion Prides!!! Lions aren't as good hunters as Tigers,Leopards,or even Cheetahs & that's why they need Prides!!! I seen a Tiger make mincemeat out of a Lions face very quickly & I also seen a sleeping Tiger attacked by a wild dog & all it took was one swat & one bite & that dog was history!!! I also believe Tigers can beat Bears because Bears are too slow & clumsy & their muzzles are too narrow & I think a big male Lion would beat a Bear also!!! I absolutely believe that King Tiger is the true King of the big cats!!!

Its okay bro everyone has their opinion, in my eyes male lions also hunt but when there is bigger prey involved, have you heard about nomadic lions who gets kicked out of their pride , what do you think they do to survive alone, lions have more brutal life than tigers and they are always the better fighter and the more dominant cat,they even have bigger shoulders than tigers which leads them to give more poweful swipes and take down bigger prey, in fight between a wild prime male lion and tiger , the lion would win almost all the time due to their experience and stamina not to mention their mane for protection .

And another thing,Tigers hunt & kill Water Buffaloes by THEMSELVES & it takes three Lionesses to kill one Water Buffalo because male Lions rarely hunt. They mostly sleep & Chase away & kill Hyenas & Leopards when they can.Hyenas & Leopards are much smaller than Lions but Tigers aren't!! King Tiger always wins!!!
