- “One of the main objectives for this warehouse loft conversation was to maintain the industrial origins of the property,” says Grace Zeren, Director of Marketing & Project Managing at Webb and Lashbrook. Standout elements include a sunken living room with a floor-to-ceiling library, industrial windows and doors and a gorgeous rooftop deck and garden.

Refreshingly nice to see something besides the done-to-death neutral minimalistic homes. More please!
Fabulous conversion. I particularly admire the use of the original refrigerator doors and the creation of a sunken living room zone. I wish the woman of the house had a more private office space.
Finally a home with personality and originality. Really warm and welcoming family home.
Finally a home that looks like a home.
I love this conversion. It looks like a real home. The library shelves are awesome. My pantry would never stay neat enough to be on constant display, but kudos to the owner who is clearly willing to keep it tidy.
love the unique vibe!
Easily one of my favourites on this channel! So gorgeous!
Stunning transformation!!
Love the banana motif in the tiles. 😊
This is a kind of home that will make you fall in love with everyday. 🧡🧡
I love the fridge doors that were kept. Wow!!
One of the BEST from House & Home. So good.
This is one of the best conversations y’all have featured on the channel! I absolutely love it!
Absolutely beautiful!

It’s a beautiful conversion. Love it!
Beautiful home ❤
Wow!
Love it ❤
Nice design
The Hermes throw and the antlers above the fireplace ruin the living room. I do like the steel doors.
She is not blinking...
0:05 to 0:11 oh my goodness 🤍
The ceiling height in the main floor feels awkward, like they didn’t take this into consideration when designing the millwork? The living room they decided to dig down look bottom-heavy especially with how they chose to style it. Also imo the lighting temperature seems off too, which is unfortunate considering their use of colours and materials to warm up the space.
Ladders are always in the way, too many open shelves
Overall it looks busy.
It is kind of busy with open shelves full of staff. Visual noise.
Overall very cool design mixing industrial and contemporary elements, but disappointing that they basically put a full bathroom in the kitchen- disgusting.
0:50 And I noticed how the tub it’s too close to the bathroom vanity cabinet you can’t get out the tub🤦🏾♀️
They did not basically put a full bathroom in the kitchen at all. It is a room if the base of the stairs with a door on it. Disgusting? Come off it.
