Alice, this was beautifully explained. You have the ability to explain topics in easy terms, and the transition from Python to Tableau made the whole explanation more cohesive. Please keep sharing these types of videos!! Can't wait to take your course on Maven Analytics (after i complete a few others)
I never knew how interesting selecting Halloween candies to give out using data science until Alice created this video. This video is about using data science to find the best Halloween candy to pass out to trick-or-treaters. Alice uses a variety of data science techniques, including PCA and clustering, to analyze a data set of 85 different candies. She then uses Tableau to visualize her results and identify the three candies that she believes will be the most popular with trick-or-treaters. FUN! Thanks, Alice! #datageeks
This is brilliant! I am not that familiar with Tableau but this video wants me to investigate more. Combining DS with easy visualisations is so powerful.
💯People often use Tableau at the end of their analysis to create a final visualization, but I really enjoy using it for exploratory analysis early on in my analysis as well. Glad you enjoyed the video!
