I didn't have a vise but I do have a 10 ton press for making hash rosin with. Easy to follow instructions. and a great kit so far. Feel like if I get a leak, it's probably cause I screwed something up lol.
It would be good if you included video of the tightening process so we could get an idea of how hard it should be to get down to the 1mm gap. I hope I did it right!
The smaller size (an6) will be tight to get the nut over the nylon braid. As you move up in size it gets easier. If you are finding the nut extremely tough to thread on the fitting you likely have a strand of stainless or nylon that has gone wild and is between the threads. Make sure to trim any frayed out stainless or nylon so it doesn't get stuck in the threads.
Noticed you say leave a 1mm gap - what is the purpose of this and is it applicable to other brands? What if I do not leave the 1mm gap?? Happy with my stuff I got from you btw :)
Some brands recommend it some don't and many don't give any instructions at all. At 1mm the ferrule is typically full seated and going any further just puts a risk of rounding out the nut due to the force needed to "keep going"

This is a acquired skillset . A bit of anti-seize on the threads are a big plus. Going together hard means comes apart hard. Nice stuff.
Really well done, straight to the point

So how do you "clock" a pair of 90 degree fittings on the ends?
Thanks for the tips. we just ordered an efi kit from you guys
We appreciate the support
Thank you!
Ordered my kit today for my 300zx project. I don't have a vise or heavy duty cutter but I'll figure it out or find someone who can help!
Thank you sir we appreciate it!

Awesome video thank you!!👍👍
Thanks for watching!
How hard should those fittings thread on during the assembly process?

That’s great info.
What if the hose is already in the car? Possible to do?
It's not ideal but guys have made it happen before
possible to install without a vice? Love your products btw!
The vice makes it WAY easier but guys have completed the install without.

@@justingorzitza3390 Ha I agree with you on that and it make sense why some of my nuts look a little scuffed ☹ I will do this in future. Thanks.
Your nuts are scuffed because you're not using an aluminum AN wrench
You don't want your wrench to be harder than the material you are using it on
I can't cut the nylon off for the life of me. It's like it's glued to the steel braid. Already messed up a fitting ugh.
