no, you won't have a high ping. you can use the geo fence with the vpn as well, which allows you to geo fence to a local server, giving you a lower ping.
From what I understand is it essentially bypasses skill and uses traditional match making (ping and location) so it’s not always bots but it’s just organic matchmaking I’ve had it up to here with the SBMM I may give this a try and use it periodically

use the geo fence to get a better ping. yes, there is a uk geo fence server that will only put you in local servers that are closer to you.

a vpn isn't cheating. sbmm manipulates the game as well, you should be mad at that, not the vpn'ers.
