Skill-based matchmaking in casual game modes has been a persistent issue that continues to undermine the casual gaming experience. If developers have already introduced Ranked or Competitive modes, why force SBMM in casual lobbies too? Casual play should be about relaxing, enjoying the game, and facing a variety of skill levels-not being thrown into high-stakes matches every time. I started gaming years ago with COD4 and moved on to MW2, where I regularly got nukes on dedicated servers-not because I was "sweating," but because of skill, aim, and map knowledge. Now, in *Black Ops 6*, it’s nearly impossible to even get a UAV, despite my aim being better than it was back then. On top of that, the desync issues are incredibly frustrating. In killcams or the Best Play at the end of a round, I often see opponents taking me down in just 4-5 bullets, while it takes me at least 7 shots with the same weapon to secure a kill. By the time I’ve landed my shots, opponents have turned around and lasered me effortlessly. This kind of inconsistency just adds to the frustration. Gaming today seems to cater to a different audience, with mechanics that feel like a constant sprint fueled by "Red Bull and adrenaline." Many of the players praising Black Ops 6 often started with recent titles and haven’t experienced the skill and strategy that defined earlier COD games. Now, games encourage hyper-aggressive playstyles and reward mechanics that favor aim-assist and enforced crossplay settings. The community has shifted away from skill-based, thoughtful gameplay to a style pushed by influencers and streamers, promoting a "sweaty" fast-engagement culture that prioritizes instant gratification. It’s disappointing to see casual gaming reduced to this. I just want to launch a game, relax, and have some fun. Instead, I’m completely outmatched, left staring at the screen questioning the skills I built over 15,000 hours in MW2. TLDR: SBMM in casual modes ruins the relaxed gaming experience-it should stay in ranked. Older COD games rewarded skill, map knowledge, and aim, but now games like Black Ops 6 are plagued by desync issues and bullet inconsistencies. Modern gaming caters to fast-paced, hyper-aggressive playstyles, fueled by influencers, which has pushed the community away from the strategic gameplay many of us loved. And yes, I know some will just say "TLDR" which only proves my point. If two minutes is too long to read, that’s exactly what’s changed about gaming culture-thanks to a TikTok-induced short attention span.

I don't understand why everyone thinks that using a VPN is a bannable offense. It's not. No where in Activation's TOS does it say you can't use a VPN to connect to their servers. And why would it be bannable? You're not getting an unfair advantage and you're not getting bot lobbies. What you ARE doing is making it harder for COD to rely on it's SBMM algorithms and instead fall back on connecction based matchmaking, like it used to be. Using geo-fencing and a VPN doesn't guarantee you will get easy lobbies; it just makes it so the game tries to connect you to servers that are closer to your location (with better ping) or whatever location you select in the VPN. In fact, the real "magic" is the geo-fencing part of this app, not even the VPN. The VPN part is optional.

Lobby difficulty is about the same because the algorithm is there it just takes longer to get into matches because its looking for a lobby within a cetain area. This then gives you higher chance or getting better lobbies....BUT... Keep in mind if your skill level is not above average then this is less effective as the pool of average skill lobbies will be the most abundant. If you are a 2-5kd player then you should notice a huge difference in the lobbies....if you're a 0.8kd player...not so much.
@@spirit_miku No they work, i have used them, it is just very hard to get bot lobbies when you're a bot...this is the issue people have...0.7kd people thinking they are going to get 0.1kd lobbies when the average player is 0.8-0.9. @B2washere forget the sbmm for a moment cause it is still very much prevalent with this. However, with the geo fence to my location (Texas) my lobbies went from 60-90ms ping with an average of 76ms to 15-30ms, with an average of about 24ms. How can you “git gud” if everyone is always at your skill level. That isnt even the worst part. It’s the shitty servers with 60+ (and sometimes 200+) ping with desync/packet burst. This makes it feel like you’re being killed before you can even ads or you put 5 bullets into someone but get deleted in 2 bullets. Other games you have the advantage and feel like aiming in someone’s direction nets you a kill. I’ve literally played every cod since the franchises inception. Having the choice to connect to a wide array of countries on your warzone vpn plan is very important for both ping and skill based match making reasons.
the fact that people keep playing cod bo6 with the strict sbmm nowadays says enough about the community if you wanna have fun go play something fun and stop "supporting (playing the game)" games that has this kind of matchmaking thats the only way these companies gonna learn i think.

@@DEANOFXTRADER they dont work, takes the game about 10 minutes to realise what you're doing and block the VPN and go back to normal
@@spirit_miku No they work, i have used them, it is just very hard to get bot lobbies when you're a bot...this is the issue people have...0.7kd people thinking they are going to get 0.1kd lobbies when the average player is 0.8-0.9.
And everything you said is not true, game does not realise or block anything.
This ain't it chief
It absolutely is. It's the only way to bring the game back to how it used to be. If it didn't work at all, people would have stopped talking about it 2 years ago.
@@FourEyesGames I think meant to say it isn't worth the money
@@B2washere oh it definitely is
@B2washere forget the sbmm for a moment cause it is still very much prevalent with this. However, with the geo fence to my location (Texas) my lobbies went from 60-90ms ping with an average of 76ms to 15-30ms, with an average of about 24ms. Better connnection is worth it to me especially because i forgot I got this years ago for a different cod. Id rather pay for better connection than skins.
@@FourEyesGames vpn is not for multiplayer it doesnt work it only works for warzone, for anyone wanting bot lobbies in multiplayer this doesnt work but for warzone if u take the time & find the right settings it might but if youre on console its twice as hard o get it going.
Nice to peep that Discord action - keepin the community tight.
Bro just selling botted lobbies services lmao
Literally stated at 0:43 that it's doesn't give "bot lobbies". Shows you obviously didn't watch. It adds variance to the skill ranges in your games like Cod used to be
@@FourEyesGames that is literally impossible to change your accounts skill variance from some external program lmao, it is just putting you into bot lobbies lmao...
@@FourEyesGamesat 0:34 you say “disable skill based matchmaking”
@@brianfitshurbet3417the goal of cod is to put you in a match, if it’s struggling to find you a match it’ll just throw you in a random one without worrying about sbmm. That’s what this takes advantage of
@@niko31 essentially what the program does is randomize your lobbies based purely on connection. so basically you get better connection and actual randomized lobbies.
Mad respect for droppin this knowledge appreciate it!
50$ to play in bot lobbies? Ya just need to git gud... Kidding aside. If you hate SBMM that much then just stop playing the game.
Literally stated at 0:43 that it's doesn't give "bot lobbies". Shows you obviously didn't watch.
It’s steadily gotten worse since mw2019 with the introduction of sbmm or eomm (engagement optimized match making)
@@andrewscoma4212oh look, someone else that actually knows what the fuck theyre talking about! They've got ALL the plebs fooled
Having the choice to connect to a wide array of countries on your warzone vpn plan is very important for both ping and skill based match making reasons.

Appreciate all yall do
Thanks for the video,Appreciate the way you put this all together and explained it.
The ideal approach, in my opinion, is to switch servers every six games while also turning on the geo barrier
Nicely explain through out the whole video.. awesome
this helped me out so much keep up the good work!
sbmmoff is a godsend with the geo fence i play in us lobbies.
the fact that people keep playing cod bo6 with the strict sbmm nowadays says enough about the community if you wanna have fun go play something fun and stop "supporting (playing the game)" games that has this kind of matchmaking thats the only way these companies gonna learn i think.
This is insane You just confirmed everything i believed.
Kudos for the helpful advice on securing the best lobbies.
Thank you for this wonderful post

It actually does work and you're paying for permanent access to both the geo fencing tool and vpn so it's understandable.
Lovely watching it... Really appreciated

Amazing video, thanks for sharing
Really amazing way to explain everything thing I really appreciate your work thanks for sharing it
This product is NOT working with Xbox or PlayStation or Mac and is intended for use by PC PLAYERS ONLY on windows (although people on consoles can join your lobby if you host the lobby of course).
Any ping above 125ms, in call of duty is considered terrible and will make the game laggy and unplayable.
Excellent i like the geo fence thing in the settings tab too really nice :)
Thanks sir, I also agree with you. This is an educational video for everyone. Very well explained. I wish you will share more nice videos.
Outstanding video

Excitedly awaiting Verdansk 2's return-coming back with love
Wth this deserves more views, wise words!
I've played at least 10 games with this on now and it is for sure connected yet every single game is basically a 1.0 kd game. Has this been fixed?

All of the vpn's listed on this page provide the absolute best ping when gaming, no matter how far away the vpn server you connect to is from your location.

This day in age every call of duty gamer is aware of VPN software and how they can help you to lower your ping and get great bot lobbies in warzone 2, warzone 1 and other call of duty titles.
Multiple modes may not detract from the experience but to start at a high level with the necessary focus it proves to be inefficient.
