Is the vinegar optional?? Because it is not listed in the ingredients... if needed which is best white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or red wine vinegar ????

Hi Dimitra I did make the kritsinia but the seeds don't seem to stick after their cooked, they keep falling off

I know! Tell me about it. They threw away 2 cases of Olive oil that my dad sent me from Greece.. Terrible!!
