It's normally impossible to summon an Alter of Jeanne d'Arc. This woman is a heavily distorted version of Jeanne, whose mind and identity are based on the Ruler version instead of the Avenger version. In exchange for her Alter state, she is much weaker than Ruler Jeanne and has less willpower. A Saint that accompanies her Master who wishes for hell.

They added this to Jalter's NP in fgo!

The art book explains that during during her summoning, Chiemon had Vietnam flashbacks and Jeanne pitted the guy so she allowed to get altered by his negative thoughts to prioritize his salvation over the salvation of the masses.
Basically what Buudha did for Twice but with alot of unnecessary extra steps
So Jeanne but in more despair and hopeless state.
In some way she is the true Jeanne alter. And not the product of gilles wish.
Out of curiosity how do they explain her fighting skill and weapons because outside looking in it's hard to this as joan being that she never fought hand to hand in fact I thought she was Cluade de Armoises because of that skill and frenchness Avenger seems more believable for Joan

Got the normal ending yesterday I'm really hyped to see more of Jeanne in my second playthrough, also awesome theme
the ending depends on the choice on chap 4 right?
I choose the frist option "not save"
@@MundusFate as far as I know you always get the normal ending on the first playthrough and at New game plus the game changes a bit and you can choose at the end and get the Bad and true ending, atleast it seemed like it from what I read, if the choice in chapter four matters I don't know but I safed Dorothea cause she is cute
@@MundusFate I'm not sure but I think safing her gives you the Post Credit scene in which she is talking with zheng and I think she won't help you in chapter 5 if you don't safe her
@@TimotheusVA it's okay we have new game plus can choose the other option. (the option I choose is not bad, you can try, won't spoil here)
@@TimotheusVAthis game has two normal ending depending of the choice tou make at chapter 4 that will give your different last chapter and last boss.
And you can get true ending only on new game+ by choosing NOT to destroy the grail at the end of chapter 5 ( choosing to destroy the grail will only give you normal ending depending on your chapter 4 choice.)
So this Jeanne is The straight Normal Altered version and not the grail's version right?
Also this theme is pretty spooky

If the first Singularity gets an anime adaptation for FGO, I think her theme would sound similar to this but more rage and intense since Jalter in her Avenger form and as a Ruler who made her servants berserk in Orlean is the embodiment of Resentment

She is Jeanne, but altered by the flashbacks of her Master during the summon.
She is Jeanne as an alter, she is not Jalter. Jalter is not Jeanne, she is a clone type situation.

I feel like this Jeanne is weaker than both her ruler and avenger versions. Jeanne is heroic spirit with insanely high profile because her legend is known all over the world, so she should normally be a cut above most Servants in the game. Chiemon's edginess made her weak
Her entire shtick and power set is based around her being incorruptible essentially. With that sabotaged, it leaves her very weak compared to her none-Altered versions
You know a dead give away i shouldve known that this wasnt the same jalter from fgo was her ahoge is missing
I saw the concept art before release cause I was so hype about getting to play as Jalter, and then I saw her Ahoge was missing and knew I was being tricked. Jalter needs her antenna to detect where her Master is so she can pretend to run into him.
