When I ran a Speed Dating business in the 90's alot of my traffic was driven on three days. My misspelled key words worked great. Some like to search for houses while they drink a little wine😉. I also checked to see if there were new search terms and updated them on the regular. One page that sent alot of traffic to me was a site were I shared other sites. My webmaster made me do it. I was concerned it might take business but it actually drove business to me. That's why you need to give back to your community. You get back what you give out to others. Also I pop up first in my town but if I search like a town ten minutes away to the west then I pop up. But If i search another town say ten miles to the east of my town i dont even pop up. websites and companies that are like 45 minutes away pop up before I do. Should I put more keywords of that city in my website paragraphs?

just a note guys this isn't really relevant to affiliates targeting long tail keywords for affiliate sites. i haven't really had a problem ranking by adding more keywords. im still very new to affiliate marketing so dont quote me on this

I just made a website with squarespace and I am very new at this. I just launched my company last week and am trying to climb on Google. My webpage doesn't even show up on the first 10 pages of google. I have my SEO optimized for only a few key words and my google ad words and facebook so far have been my drivers. How would be the best way to captivate my audience for a longer period on my website for a delivery company in a city of 55,000 people?
The website should be fast loaded, small, and mobile phone friendly. When these are missing, Google punishes you... You need a sitemap.xml , robots.txt. You should be on google website masters; you need HTTPS. That is the new algorithms, and the other points are true in the video...

What if your a mobile business and don't have a location for customers to go to? Like if a business is run from a home and you don't want to list your home address?

It really depends on were you are in terms of your internet education .. so it is hard to do a internet 202 class without the 101 class if you know what I mean. BUT the take-away here is, give really good content that is easy to take in and Google will rank you higher. (Google knows if poeple like that content based on their engagement...) I am working on more "practical" in detail videos with case studies I have be apart of. Thanks man.

Google said they don't worry about the keyword tag but the description tag IS very important.
