Bless up, so make sure you upgrade the speaker wires and also make sure you put a multimeter on the amplifier and check the voltage that’s coming out of the amplifier.
Respect NIZMO.... Thank you fi di entertaining videos over the years. Suggestion: I think you should isolate all of your 19inch gear and remove them from beside the Subwoofer box. Those things don't do well with vibration. Also how about arranging the Subs in a ported, downfiring arrangement? Can get about 165 decibels with all the power that you have.... Bless 🔊 🇯🇲
Birch is ok but what is important is using mdf to make your box. Mdf is dense so u get less vibration. Also you need to calculate port area for desired tuning frequency so to avoid air velocity above the speakers capability, especially when you are feeding it with 1000 rms +. Also using recommended box volume is key.
And the next thing bro, I’m not telling you how to do your job, but I think your top bass box is happening backfire in because you’re blocking the vent. Just my opinion still mi g
Blocking the vents will give u tighter bass but the volume of the sealed box must be recommended for the speaker. Also when you are using sealed it will resonate more with the type of wood he's using

We use MDF ply here in grenada bro..that's the best ply for that
I always tell every Jamaican to use mdf but dem say mdf heavy but mi nuh care mdf for me all the way Caz me getting it cheap to buy

@mrspringer7255 mdf is a better playing but water damage it easily also after a couple years d screws start pulling out. That's my personal experience
