I think there are some worlds where residential rentals don’t necessarily need to be apartments. For instance, I think a trailer park would look great in Oasis Springs.
I think I’ve actually already done at least two of those (in Oasis Springs) before, but could definitely consider doing an updated one!
Apartment Builds don't necessarily have to be boxy. What I have in mind by requesting more apartment builds for every world is something like a trailer park for stranger ville or a double house for newcrest for example. All sorts of lots that can be shared by different families with a community space that fit into the surroundings of the sims 4 worlds. I hope to see more of that. 😊
It seems like sizing up a lot of the other fridges to about 1.2 with tool makes them fit better with cabinets and counters, it’s worked for me before! Also Margo Robbie’s apparently making a sims movie which is fascinating, I wonder if it’ll even have sims characters or just be about the game more generally

I‘d prefer you to do different types of multi-family homes.
You could take a look at Doctor Ashleys current building series. She also builds all kinds of „residential rental“ lots in every world. I think her way of doing it and her ideas are so interesting.
This is a very pretty house. I am in love with your modern builds, but I also love your cozy/rustic builds. 🤍 I basically like everything you build. 😅
I would love more on the side of multi-family homes, townhouses and things like those.

yes you are bilingual ! being able to speak two languages fluently makes u bilingual no matter when you started learning ! im currently only fluent in english but one of my life goals is to be multilingual !

I think it'll be amazing if you build some type of rent houses for each world. Those types that fit these worlds in your opinion. And I really would love some townhouses for San Sequoia or maybe Britchester.
