I crave visual change because I get bored around 3 to 6 months in. I can even relate to the part when you talk about deciding between the 21-day fix and Keto because I have tried them too. They do work but are not practical for a busy mom. I'm currently trying Weight Watchers digital plan and I have lost 15 pounds! It's very easy to follow. Anyway, thanks for sharing your talent!!

I love how everything is cohesive in the design. I just started planning to prepare for balancing nursing school and family stuff. I frankenplanned my 18mo into a 6 mo onto mini discs so it’s thin enough to carry in my purse. I’m trying to figure out the best layout for me but for now I’m in vertical color blocks. I just want it to look neat and tidy.
I tr so hard to stay organized. I've lost the desire lately but thanks for this I'm going to get back on track. Thanks as always. You're such an inspiration.
I was so excited to see a planner cover that would be perfect but I love my classic sized rings 😭 I hope they decide to make covers that work for the classic in about the same size as the journal one
I officially switched to dashboard this month. I tried it before, but I know it's the best planning style for me to combine work and home. I love the mini disks on the classic size! Hmm...that maybe great to try because mine is pretty bulky with 6 months of everyday planning, wellness accessory pack, and the home extension pack plus a snap on cover. I also bought a seasonal teacher planner for my middle schooler to use as a student planner. She had a student planner for the year, but didn't have enough space to write assignments, projects, after school activities, etc. So, we're going to try this since she doesn't care to plan her weekends...mom keeps track of her schedule, LOL!

21 fix...I’ve tried...I failed. Keto has been good for me. I’ve been on it since 2015. You got this girl! Just keep it simple and delicious you will succeed. Good luck. BTW love your planning videos

I am back on it again after life struggles and issues. Got into ketosis pretty fast, about 3 days! My first week I lost 4lbs. In total Ive lost and mainted about 30lbs. Dr. Berg and Ketodietapp blog are two good sources. Hope it works out for you.xo

I have a question, I thought so Webster composition planner, I have a happy notes with the mini size disks on it. However when I close both covers, happy notes cover page pushes out further than the Websters cover. Did you use a smaller size happy planner cover to avoid the happy planner cover from sticking out?

Try looking in one of the office supply stores for mid sized discs. I got some from Staples that are a bit larger than the HP mini discs. Great video.

With dieting/meal plan, have you looked into the WW Freestyle program? It came to mind because it has those zero points foods that you can fill up on.
