@The Truth if 99.5% of the population is overweight... or maybe you have mistaken that statistic for the percentage that can't read, because clearly you can't.
Amazing what the human body can do! To maintain this unbelievable pace for 2 hours simply blows my mind. Even his own pacers need to rotate in and out to get a breather. Makes it look so effortless too! When you can run that fast and it doesn’t look like it, even more impressive.
🙄 If that's true consult a doctor right now and start hitting the gym the very next day. If a human can't sprint for 2 seconds then he is having some real problems.
Well some tips I have for you as a distance runner. Start off slow and don’t expect to be fast as heck during your first mileage. Try running 1-2 miles as a start and gradually build up. As you gradually build up you should be able to find your aerobic pace where you can hold a conversation while running. Try running tempo runs which is about maybe 10-15% faster than your aerobic pace but for a shorter distance. Have a set goal in mind and be relaxed and it’s going to be tough but that’s the fun of running distance.
Its decently impressive when you consider everything. Its interesting how we start trying to drag the air by moving our torsos more while we r tired but that just uses more energu
My best mile is 6 minutes flat. And after that I feel like I’m going to die. I cannot imagine doing sub 5 minute miles for two hours. I would drop dead long beforehand.
I'm certainly not negative -- I'm totally impressed. Bruce, you are the man! I don't think I could have lasted more than 5 seconds even at my fittest, which was never much to begin with, but gotta start somewhere, LOL.

4:00/km is really good. May be not pro level good (those people are out of this world) but seriously really good. How long can you maintain that speed?
