      @@ps-co3ip yeah but most people would think its slow. and for sprinters or many other explosive athletes, it does look slow. but im a distance runner and i know damn well that the pace seen her would be grueling, even just for a 5K, let alone 43 Kilometers

      @@EnderSwag357 True however, there are only about 220 comments on this video including the one I'm making now. Of the 220 comments about 18 are negative remarks. That's only about 12.2% of the comments. Therefore people are exaggerating when stating that most of the comments are negative.

    To those who are commenting on his run form but not checked his other videos - the guy has run a 3:13 at the Boston Marathon. Faster than 99.5% of the general public. In the words of Lionel Sanders - If it aint broke, dont fix it.

    Amazing what the human body can do! To maintain this unbelievable pace for 2 hours simply blows my mind. Even his own pacers need to rotate in and out to get a breather. Makes it look so effortless too! When you can run that fast and it doesn’t look like it, even more impressive.

      Well some tips I have for you as a distance runner. Start off slow and don’t expect to be fast as heck during your first mileage. Try running 1-2 miles as a start and gradually build up. As you gradually build up you should be able to find your aerobic pace where you can hold a conversation while running. Try running tempo runs which is about maybe 10-15% faster than your aerobic pace but for a shorter distance. Have a set goal in mind and be relaxed and it’s going to be tough but that’s the fun of running distance.

    My best mile is 6 minutes flat. And after that I feel like I’m going to die. I cannot imagine doing sub 5 minute miles for two hours. I would drop dead long beforehand.

    If you watch how long the last 100m takes, it is from 0:26-0:44 which is an 18s 100m. 36s 200m. The pace is correct.

    Been running recreationally for 8 months now and I can sprint at 4:00. I thought I can probably keep up with Eliud for at least a minute with his pace of 4:38. Until I realize it’s 4:38 per mile and I sprint 4:00 per km. 😂

    You can actually see the jeans forcing him back.
    This is absolutely incredible.
    Any negative comment in here about his performance is just one more
    that's SO indicative of the way people are ready to pounce on things they know absolutely
    nothing about and because of their short comings, they attack.
    You don't KNOW anyone who can do what Bruce did here.
    And the fact that Eliud, whose sole purpose for waking up is doing this AND is basically a freak
    in the coolest way possible, showing you what he was born to do, is showing you that out of billions of people, there's this one guy who just blows doors. If there were 100 of him, this performance by Bruce would be just as good. Come on kids......the reset button doesn't really work.
