There won't be any dance practice for Kingkong since there's a dance performance already. That's the pattern of YG for their title tracks these days. It's either a dance practice or a dance performance.

OMG you went to their manila concert?!! That's amazing!😃
Also with this type of song they could absolutely go crazy with the choreo if they want but I THINK they decided to do this kind of choreo because they wanted to promote it LIVE on every shows, and they did. They've been labeled so far as live performance monsters and I can see how they want to build on that.
Every KINGKONG stages had clear live vocals and you know because of the adlib variations lol.

They performed this live on kwave concert inkigayo and they were amazing! I think the choreo was designed so that it won’t interfere much with them singing, because they were singing live with hand mics for the entire promotions which is nuts!

Regarding Dance Practices.. basing on the new YG trend, there's no more "dance practice videos" but instead they releases these Dance Performance Video which for me is MUCH BETTER cuz of the visuals it has in it and not just a boring plain dance perf in a studio. 😊
