Hello and a warm welcome from the 17th district of Vienna, which is called Hernals.
This district was formed in 1892 from the independent communities of Hernals, Dornbach and Neuwaldegg and has around 56,000 inhabitants. The district is valued by its residents primarily because of its proximity to the city center (university and town hall quarters, old and new AKH) and to local recreation areas (Schwarzenbergpark, Schafberg, Kongresspark and -bad). Hernals is characterized by a strong demographic mix, which is reflected in the diversity of the parts of the district. In the district there are quarters with a high and late Gründerzeit character alongside communal housing complexes, cottage quarters and old town centres.

My grandfather was born in Hernals, the first time I see what the place is like.
My Mum's family come from Hernals, and members of the family still live there.

It was a man who was obviously drunk or drugged and started arguing with others. I ended my video there and stood by. Nothing really happened to anyone.
