Harvester Of Tone sounding like him vocally doesn't translate to ripping him off. Mike Patton has never done djent in any of his bands. There's nothing wrong with being influenced by a predecessor, ass hat.

I forgot to like I was too excited to listen to more. I made sure to like this time.
My first time hearing this, and what a phenomenal piece of music. It's got literally everything you want in a song. The poetry and serene verses, then when the chorus hit I was blown away. What's weird to me is as the second chorus came in I was brought to tears by the sheer epicness of it all.

I cannot believe I'm only just now getting into these guys. They're EPIC. This track is so poetically written and so well performed. Actually a lite track compared to how crazy and genre mixing they can get in others, but omg that chorus won't leave me. Ever.
And the fricken lead guitarist INVENTS GUITARS! The vairax shrunken line invented by this guy. And they're so down to earth. I can't express how impressed I am with these guys. Literal gods among us.

So much personality from a band I'd never heard of until 3 days ago. I've just been shamelessly binge-ing. Tried even buying a shirt for my lanky ass, but you guys only had 3XLs for US sizing.
I heard these guys on sat radio for sometime but never really gave them a chance. Then I saw them live.... so many amazing musical elements rolled into one glorious show.
damn you guys are so fucking unqiue to blend progressive metal/grunge and samba styled salsa and flamenco is mind boggling so funky.
IKR? A friend once pointed me to these guys and was my mind fucking blown. These guys are pretty dam good live too. So my styles mixed almost perfectly.

My best mate showed me them,I was instantly fucking hooked,it takes some balls to mash up so many styles that are opposite ends of the spectrum and pull it off so finely,the metal world is a little close minded in that aspect,but these guys are becoming pretty big

TFN is now one of my favorites of all time! I heard them first on SiriusXM radio on my way home and the name intrigued me... Had no idea that this kind of music existed and now I don't see how I could go without it.
Too often bands fall into norms and just make music that sounds like whatever is already out there, but that's not what I'm hearing here! Here's hoping for more radio air play so that others can discover it the same way I did.

I know there's allot comparisons because you know that's how we associate things we like in our brains, but 12-foot ninja really do have a distinct sound. the vocals, the riffs, the bass..i mean I'm no musician but its very stylistic and id say they are in my opinion one of the best modern rock bands, and one of the very few that scream that i genuinly enjoy

I saw these guys on their first date headlining in Minneapolis this past April, and they were awesome. (I'm a musician so I am uber critical) tight and funky. I hope they come back soon. Stevic is an approachable guy BTW, well they all were. I wish there were more bands going off the beaten to death path of heavy guitars and screaming. (Which I do like as well) and throwing in bosa nova and reggae, and still getting people to listen and like it... I'll be back...
+Todd Marx If you like technical metal with different fusions, give Between the Buried and Me (the album Colors, in particular) a listen. Although, heavy and screaming- as you mention steering away from, they are all over the map as far as influences. And try to hang in there, if you don't like the first 30 seconds (or whatever).

I've been studying English with this album so I don't realized the story of the ninja until the eighth or 9th listening, but at the moment that I figured out the ninja standing in the darkness with the shuriken on his hand was amazing. The entire fukkg album is awesome. Thanks for your music .

I wish my two favorite bands weren't in the completely opposite hemisphere. Damn, I'd love to see a TFN, Caligula's Horse, and Voyager show. Or just meeting Sam Vallen would be amazing. I wish C's H didn't change drummers, though... Geoff is definitely one of the shining examples of melodic/compositional drummers in modern rock/metal.
