@@hectorrodriguez4384just because something is made in America or overseas does not guarantee its quality or lack there of. When it comes to ratchets and sockets. Taiwanese brands like tekton and Quinn are touted as being equal in quality to the USA brand snap-on, but at a fraction of the price. When it comes to pliers and Alan wrenches, German brands are often the better performing longer lasting brands.
Just because something is USA made doesn't mean it's better, and even if it is better doesn't mean It's worth the increased price.
Don't believe me? Look up videos done by project farm, torque test channel, and other other UA-cam channels that compare tools side by side. The American brands are not usually at the top, and if they are, at least one other brand being a third the price is usually not far behind, and that's not even taking into account whether you actually need the best or not.
Don't buy based on where the brand is made, buy based on proven quality and your actual needs

I've never seen these pliers but I already knew that's exactly what I would use them for. I've tried regular pliers and they don't work that well, vice grips can work but could squeeze too hard and strip the outside of the screw as well.

Just noticed the pair I bought last week have the tip ground out of square. As well as 2 more in store. That’s a massive quality control blunder.

Vampliers/Engineer have been making that style teeth for years. Even though I have several pairs of those, I still bought the Knipex pliers. I hate slip joint pliers, but these are tight and actually work.

I got so tired of Messing with regular slip joint pliers so I went out and bought a pair of the knipex cobra waterpump pliers and my lord are they expensive for a pair of pliers but they are a beauty and are a dream to work with compared to the $10 hobo-freight specials!!!

Those screws aren't Phillips head screws, but Crosspoint screws that are used on Japanese cars. You'll ruin the Crosspoint head using a Phillips screwdriver. Crosspoint screws are designed to be torqued, whereas Phillips screwdrivers were designed to cam out when torqued.

You know that screw looks eerily similar to an ecx #1 fastener head im sure it works just as fine in there as well funny since ecx is normally used in electrical
