I work in medical field and have certainly seen many health complications in people with excessive protein in their diets. There are many more valuable nutrients to focus on. Some people only learn the hard way. To each, their own.

Just made the turkey meatball and harvest salad, deff need to play around with the seasoning level for the turkey but love how convenient they are. And the harvest salad, I ended up using walnuts and cranbeery instead of pumpkin seed and raisins since thats what I had laying around, and it came out SO good!! Cant wait to see more recipes
