Sir...i have a disease...can u let me know find what it is.
History: Recurrent purpuric vasculitic rashes over both limbs since 1 year ...more when i give more strain to my legs...and no other symptoms
Past medical history: hypothyroidism and pcos
Gender, age, body type: Female, 27, very skinny
Test done : CBC-5 Blood(5110G-SRL); Antistreptolysin-O, Antineutrophil cytoplasmic AB(ANCA); Anti- Nuclear AB-IFA, HEP2; C-Reactive protein; Creatinine EGFR-EPI; Urine routine
Results: ANA Positive 4+ ( Endpoint titre: 1:1280)
P-ANCA Strong positive (1:320)
C-ANCA Negative
All others are normal
Further tests: Liver function test, Esr, ana profile, anti myeloperoxidase(mpo) IgG, PR3 IgG
Results: Esr-76mm/1st hr
Ana: SSA(Ro) positive 3+
Ro-52 positive 3+
All others are negative
Liver function test: Everything is in range except few 1 /2 point high and low.
Please let me what i am having sle/ sjogrens or some other
