i'm a pantera fan and i love this band, so i wouldn't blame us, fuck most of me mates are pantera fans and we majority love black metal, death metal, deathcore, blackened death metal, and ... no .. no thats it.
i agree. You like what you like. But they lack depth to me. "Press this to kick, press this to punch, press them together to make a combo, jump around for a while." Just doesn't grab me. Plus 90% of the time the characters are super corny and there's no effort put into the environment. You'd think if the gameplay was lacking they'd atleast make the game aesthetically pleasing. I know that's a big generalization but i've yet to see a fighting game break the stereotypes i've listed
+Keith B Mortal Kombat has awesome environments, one that you could even use to your advantage. I don't know how deep a fighting game could get, after all you are just fighting each other. If you want aesthetics, play Soul Calibur. I haven't really seen any fighting games with particularly bland backgrounds.
