two comedians who are friends, who can talk about their closest/darkest moments and have a laugh. Whether you like it or not, you have to admit the level of acceptance to humor they have is amazing. also, that stretch joke is solid gold, fight me.
I spit my drink out on the neck stretch joke. Savage af but seriously one of the funniest roast jokes I have ever heard. We need more of this stuff and stop taking everything so damn serious.
I thought a KO round would be a one hitter quitter like Scotts stripper sister! Lol! or Evan would simply end it with "Hey Scott, Knock! Knock!" Scott, "Who's there?" Evan, "NOT YOUR DAD!!" Mic drop!
Their family members must have been deceased for a while, nobody could handle these kind of jokes while grieving. It's funny but you have to be able to appreciate dark humor.
I feel like most people never stop grieving for their lost loved ones, my partner has been gone almost 3 years and it still hurts like the first day most of the time. People have different ways of dealing with their grief as well, so I think it’s more about the type of person you are rather than your circumstances or length of time past. A lot of people use comedy and humour as an outlet for their grief, people in really stressful and dark jobs like ambulance workers and morticians and such tend to have very dark senses of humour that people outside of the job don’t understand and may find inappropriate or cruel, but it’s just another way of coping for some people. I’m one of them. I have a very dark sense of humour, but I also know when people are coming from a place of humour or cruelty so the intention behind it is important as well. I’m sure if a random person at a bar said this shit to any of them whilst in an argument they’d get punched, but this a roast situation, they know what they’re walking into and some can and have to distant emotions from that intentionally and others find it easy and use it as a way of better dealing with their pain. That’s why you hear about people saying comedy comes from pain, or like how some of the most talented people in the world use their art to express their pain. I don’t know if any of that made much sense but these roasts mean nothing is off limits and they know that going in, some people thrive off of it, some people don’t, just depends on the person.
mrblackrock555, Indeed, Franky is great. The thing is that comedians like Jimmy and Franky can be brutal but it's a part of their act, not the whole act.
It's so awesome that they're laying down the darkest shit on each other, and yet they're so clearly raising each other up and helping the other succeed. Real men's friendship right there.
Been to NYC so many times and never heard of this place. My next visit is going to be for this comedy club. Also, this is definitely the best roast I've seen produced from The Stand, but I really wish Scott moved on too. Both of them are my in my top 3 favorites. Keep up the good work guys... wish every big city had this kind of venue and talent!
i've watched more than 200 battles at this point, and this is STILL the most savage and brilliant one! they're doing the Lord's work up there on that stage!
Is amazing how much more views this battle has over the other, like the others have 140k and this one's going 1.1 million. I personally have seen it about 30 times, is amazing.
I can't be the only one that's pissed off that the health bars didn't go down.
I thought Evan was stealing a noodle from Scott..lol
Clickbait 😭😂
Bro I was waiting wtf
Wtf you picks. That was top shelf shit.
Man I know, I thought for sure that's what it was there for..

That neck stretch joke had me rolling
Exactly. You get it. I just battled Sterling Scott and it got arguably more-personal. You'd like it.
That stretch joke was amazing, I thought homeboy was losing until he pulled out the Brady bunch joke
I spit my drink out on the neck stretch joke. Savage af but seriously one of the funniest roast jokes I have ever heard. We need more of this stuff and stop taking everything so damn serious.
They've probably cried together. When men cry together they form an unbreakable bond and become brothers.
they both hurting inside u can tell by their painful smiles got damn this shit got personal
eggsBenedict wake me up wake me up inside
“Hah my brother is dead... my brother is dead... my brother is dead”
They had to go out back and head or gut each other once just to set things back to normal
Comedy / Tragedy Imagine if people had masks
That's why they hug at 11:37
This roast fight literally went from 0 to really fucking dark in less than one second
1:05 _"Scott's dad was an abusive drunk cop and now he's in helllll."_
I fuckin lost it right there 🤣
an avalanche of dead family jokes haha
This must be the darkest battle ive ever seen.
Bdmlan finally somebody agrees, I was holding my chest the video
thats what a roast is u bumbo
The Devenator No thats not
this is called the final level roast. no rules no boundaries you laugh or die with your family
I thought a KO round would be a one hitter quitter like Scotts stripper sister! Lol! or Evan would simply end it with "Hey Scott, Knock! Knock!" Scott, "Who's there?" Evan, "NOT YOUR DAD!!" Mic drop!
I come back every few months to watch this absolute gem of a roast battle, its still amazing every time
I've been doing it for years at this point.
I have watched this no less than 50 times. TRULY, the best battle ever
Still holds up, can confirm.
Same
I was completely unaware that this type of humor was possible.. Incredible...
Max Towers you must have lived a sheltered life my friend. Lol
Max Towers Yes. What's the question?
Max Towers If I physically laughed out "laud" to this video. I said yes. No confusion, insert "😂" emoji.
Go to a roast show dude. They're usually cheap! Its kind of hit or miss buy when its a good night its fucking hilarious.
Kodey Honeter Thanks man! That "Are they still dead?" line killed me!
I've watched this battle probably 30 times and that cousin joke gets me every time lol.
Damn
Yeah dude hahaha super thick skin on both!!!!
Holy shit, that was brutal.
Lol, same! For sure my favorite - though the “stepbrother who moves in and calls it his house” is 👌😂
It was so rough Vos had to take a lap, VOS
This is the darkest, most reprehensible level of savagery I've ever seen. I didn't think this was possible. It's beautiful.
More savagery on my channel...some great battles.

It was all used on the bodies
You mean for or all the dead family members?
From experience, I can tell you that this is the type of humor you have when your family has been taken from you.
True! Humor the best medicine
Watch this with someone with no sense of humor. Even funnier.
Rich Parsons 😂😂😂
You have my kinda' sense of humor Rich. Feel bad for the F'ers w/no sense of humor. Mot to mention a dark warped one like mine!
@@randybeeman7823 Those f'ers are actually happy people. Lol.
uatafaka yup
Or watch this with someone who’s had a family member pass away recently... You’re probably not gonna have a girlfriend after that.
Watching these saved my ass during lockdown and turned me on to this whole young generation of comics. Thanks y'all
Their family members must have been deceased for a while, nobody could handle these kind of jokes while grieving. It's funny but you have to be able to appreciate dark humor.
This is kinda sad and lame.
They all died a few days before the roast.

Some of the mentioned family members were precisely killed just for the production of this roast.
This is THE greatest roast battle of all time. Both these guys are going to burn in hell giggling all the way.
It hurts, however it is a roast. If you can't handle it don't enter one.

Scott was so happy when he realized Evan was going to do the Brady Bunch bit.
He fuckin got me with "mom lifts" 🤣🤣🤣
this was completely terrible. very entertaining

BEASTLY GAMERBOB. then i guess you shouldnt get into battles where the objective is to hurt the other person's feelings?
What a pussy

At first I was like "they're not saying anything funny, they're just trying to hurt each other"
but then I laughed at "deadlifts"
Bingo. Same here
before you watch this video. the title of this video should be changed to "battle of the dead parents" as said in the video lmao
I used to watch this once a month, now its down to twice a year. It's still one of the best videos on youtube.

The Brady Bunch bit is just pure gold.
It's sounds like every time they laugh it's short because if they keep going they'll burst into tears
Totally. Troopers.
"You wrote a three verse song and were like" *shrug* "if it comes up."

I’ve seen this video 10+ times and I’m shocked every time
The dynamic between the two is funnier than the jokes
Yeah it's best when the comics are friends. I just uploaded a roast battle you might like.
Damn that was brutal and dark and hilariously funny
I went from laughing with the 12 steps joke to jaw drop for the rest of the video. And I watched it 3 times.
4:22 set this joke up perfectly. Faked the subject change and went back to the well.
