I am looking into the mythology of iron in Ireland (and copper), and why Ireland has the highest rate of hemochromatosis genetics (particularly west coast), 1/8 have at least partial genes. Now with iron fortification since ww2, so many are going into iron dysregulation in the tissues ie rust, most undiagnosed..People say iron is spiritually heavy metal.. Iron is being linked to dementia, ms, parkinson's, obesity etc, and feeds any infection including covid. Copper regulates iron, yet our soils are now up to 80% depleted (eg roundup pulls copper out) Thx.

What are the resources to back up your claims? The Druids never left any written history,it was passed down through the Bardic system.
