i found my old earpods with an TRS cable. man i remember when there was some kind of headphone jack in iphones and you could plug in and listen, and the earpods came with the iphone too. it's sad that apple removed the legendary headphone jack.
But a quick question even in 2023 Would you say that having or either buying AirPods are still worth it? Because I never owned or ever used AirPods before and am Deciding to buy them for my Upcoming 15th birthday 🎂 so should I buy something better then that or should AirPods be fine? Because I see many people using them and I also kind of wanna fit inside of it.. if ykyk
its actually quite the opposite. Wired have no lag issues, no lossless problems to quality audio and more HD microphone. I would say you are wrong investing in a 200 $ diff to the only advantage that the AirPods doesn't have cable. Absurd.@@Hhhh22222-w

@@Userkhan00757 the Mic must be broken OR you are not using a dongle that supports mic. I don’t see anything in settings where you could select which mic gets priority. I’m sorry.
My old wired Apple headphones stopped working randomly last night so I bought new ones and those are still not working. I made sure the new ones are compatible (My device is iPad 10th gen and the headphones are usb-c) but they won’t actually work at all, the device doesn’t even recognize that it’s plugged in. I cleaned out the part where you connect the headphones, I even cleaned out my old ones to see if they would work but still neither headphones do. I thought maybe my device is broken somehow but then why would my charger still work and a different plug in I use to connect my microphone also works normally. The only issue is the headphones. I tried restarting my device, turning on and off silent mode, turning off do not disturb mode, and everything else that was recommended in videos and websites. Does anyone know what else I can do?
if you mean the lock screen where it has the time and these random rows of icons its just a picture. If you mean the actual home screen unlocked, that's a widget taking up the entire top of screen.
I still own and use wired EarPods. However, they keep breaking near the bottom when I wear them on my job site. My music would pause or a phone call would disconnect. I’m heavily considering switching to AirPods.
I don’t want to spend 200+ more dollars for something near the same. Plus I can get multiple EarPods for the same price. Also, I don’t have to recharge EarPods and needed worry having to charge the case to, because there is none. Another thing is, everything is together not separate, don’t have to worry about loosing an ear piece, that’ll be incredibly frustrating. If you have multiple EarPods, you can store them in different places ie: home, car, bag etc. you’ll not worry about forgetting about it
It’s not even near the same. Microphone on AirPod pro has much worse quality. I had two AirPod pros. And one day I found 4 cases. I actually bought four but don’t remember it, because I keep throwing them in the trash accidentally and losing them. If it’s 30 bucks, it’s alright. But it’s over 200. Now I have only one pair, lost three. And the noise canceling function doesn’t work because I dropped it. I miss the old corded ones.
@@danielx40 Thanks for the info you’ve shared, that’s (So Troublesome!) make me even more dislike the (AirPods). You should be able to get the corded EarPods at a tech store for around $30-$40. Also another thing, I’ve always loved the home button for for IPhone 📱 so its a bummer they stopped putting putting it in. I personally thought it was a classic aesthetic that made the iPhone what it is. iPhone 7 📱 was the last to have the (Home button/ Touch ID) I got an IPhone 7 Plus, I very much love it. I would never buy anything over an IPhone 7, I dislike full touch screen. Again, thanks for sharing some info much appreciate it
One major thing when comparing both techs are that EarPods have no batteries, in the good way AirPods across the years will lose it's battery cicles. The wired ones can always work just fine.

i had my airpods 1st gen for a few years and the sound is nth like i remembered them to be. plus the battery dies fairly quickly in like 30 mins of use. i need the wires bc they are just more reliable and arguably sounds better than the airpods (i’m pretty sure the pros beat them) but when i workout, i need the wires when wireless isn’t there
