Leena I recommend moving alaina like 6 months before you have your next. Then she’s comfortable in her room. Because when new baby comes she will have lots of big feelings. Moving her out around that time can sometimes make them feel like new baby is getting more attention. Plus the next baby will wake up more frequently thus waking her up too! I transitioned by getting new bedding and stuffed animals so it’s an exciting time! At the end of the day do what’s best for both of you🤍🤍🤍
Aliana’s smile when she walked in whist you was doing your makeup was so cute 🥹 And I swear Aliana and mint is like ❤️ Loved the video today! You are an amazing mom Leena Mashallah ❤️
It’s so wild to me that I literally watched you before you and Umar had elaina, I watched your pregnancy and now she’s a whole beautiful human being of her own, Masha Allah. May Allah bless your family, Amin
Your videos genuinely inspire me I have a a toddler and you make feel seen and give me aspirations all at once. I'm sorry for your loss as a family making constant dua for your in laws and you Leena your an incredibly sweet individual.
Alina is so lucky to grow up with a caring mom like you, Lina. I am not married yet, but I spend time with my siblings reading and playing with them and the way they thank me every time makes me want to keep doing all and everything for them 🤍
Alaina is so cute MashaAllah! And I love Ritual. I’ve been taking them for almost four years now (before and after my baby) and they even have a kids version and all my nephews and nieces take them. Basically the entire family is hooked 😂
Our girl is turning two in a couple months and she was the worst sleeper in her cot. Always ended up in our bed for the most part. We moved her into a big girl bed, normal single bed with a safety railing and she has been soooooo much better! She loves her room. We got a galaxy/light projector and that has made a huge difference to help aid sleep.
Ritual: Wonderful to see mom and daughter bonding together. I would love to see Alaina mimicking you making Salat. With her own prayer garb (if she would keep it on) would be cute. Also, to see the two of you bonding with Alaina (I realize she gravitates more towards you than your husband) would be good. Slowly make the transition to move her back into her own room. Adults need serious privacy. Just REALLY secure everything in the rest of the house so that she SAFE , just in case she wakes up and starts roaming. Put on a night light in her room, make Dua and she’ll be fine, In Sha Allah, Ameen 🤗
Alaina is so cute. I moved my babies grown now into their own room when they were trying to get out of their cribs. I used to be afraid that they would hurt themselves. You will know the right time to move Alaina. You are a brilliant Mom xx
Can't wait to try the oatmeal recipe looks yum😋, I'm one year older then my younger sister so when she was born my mum used to sleep with both of us because we were both really young but we first slept by ourselves in our own room when we were 6.💞
My son has been in his own room since he was 5 months old. I did the “taking Cara babies” sleep training program and he’s been getting himself to sleep since he was 6 months old. He turns 2 in November. But yeah he goes to bed at 7 and wakes up around 7 or 7:30 🙌🏼
The struggle to get toddlers to eat some times lol. I feel like I need to cheer my daughter on. My 2 year old also loves books too. She memorizes and finishes all the books, it’s the best. Keep it up as long as you can. As far as transitioning out of the room, she may sleep better in her own room. When we transitioned my daughter out of our room, she started to sleep better. However, you do what works for you and your family. No situation is the same and I feel like with parenthood we all just try to figure out - there is no right or wrong way. 😊
@@Withloveleenaofficial it's hard leena I have a 21 month old girl and a 1 year old in my room. It's hard to let them go. The main issue my 21 month old always kicks off her blanket. Lol so funny since I became a mother I don't think I hardly ever sleep I'm constantly checking on the kids.
Leena! What an amazing video! This gave me so much positive energy. I love your whole vibe and your routine. You are such a hard worker, and it will pay off in the future insha'Allah! Mashallah goals!!
Hi Leena, I had a baby around the same time you had Alaina. My baby would do the same thing what Alaina is doing now, she would get up and see if we were around and then wanted to sleep with us. One day we decided to sleep in a different room and it has been a breeze for both baby and us. Everyone has been sleeping through the night since then. See if this works for you and ofcourse keep in mind every baby has different needs.
Hii sister! How are you?! Nice to see you again happy. MashaAllah aalina is such an adorable kid and you're the best mother in the world. Aalina is very lucky to have a parents like you and Omar. May Allah always shower countless blessings upon you and your family and give lots of happiness in your life. Amen Love this video. Love you so much 💗💗💗😊😊
Hi leena ur doing such a great job as a first time mum am a mum of 3 my younger 1 is 2yrs old he sleeps with us on his own bed but am loving it his not talking as much so any tips would help thankyou
Every kid is sooo different. Ours did not sleep through a full night until he was 2! And we tried so many things to get to that point, and it's even evolved a lot more since then. He's 3 1/2 now, and as long as we do bedtime routine exactly the same, he sleeps great now. We change or forget 1 thing and it's a battle that lasts hours. He moved into his own room actually at 3 months, but we've moved twice since then and the one this year was really really hard on him and he boycotted sleeping in his room for weeks. We'd end up on the couch after hours of crying and crash there together, EXHAUSTED. The turning point for us was taking him to get a big boy bed. We do bedtime snuggles with him so we went ahead and got a queen size so we could do snuggles in his new bed then sneak out. And he got him new bedding with dinosaurs on them because he's all about those right now, and he got to watch it being put together and got to play in his dinosaur comforter all day, dragging it wherever he wanted, and we did snuggles in his room. It literally changed everything. He LOVED his room after that. I think he needed to build happy memories in it where he felt safe first before he could sleep in there. And a huge bed he could jump on like ours was a bonus. And we don't plan on buying him another one for at least 10 years so he's got room to grow into it. Not everyone agrees with cuddling a kid to sleep. And we were shocked by how many people seemed to think you had to wait until they were older to get a queen size bed. And he's probably always going to need a finicky bedtime routine. It's not his fault. He's got 2 parents with insomnia issues. He's just not a kid that can drop off to sleep anywhere anytime. Moving your child into her room is a personal decision based on what she needs and what you guys need as a family. If it seems like seeing you guys when she wakes up is causing problems, but you aren't sure about moving her to her own room yet, then there's some kind of solution out there to address the issue in a way that's good for your whole family. You can also try moving her to her room temporarily too, to see how it goes. I think there's a weird amount of pressure out there in America at least to dictate how fast kids should be fine on their own at night. And that isn't the best fit for everyone, or every child. I believe we should help our kids feel empowered, not rushed into things purely Because of age. And they're only little once. I understand wanting to enjoy having them close as long as it makes sense to do so. And sleep habits are so important. Whatever choice you guys make on that, it's the right one for your family.

Beautiful mother and daughter Mashallah! I love the way you are so calm and sweet with Alaina, may Allah protect her and may she grow into the most amazing person inshallah. I was thinking why not begin teaching her Arabic from now? It would make it easier for her later to read the Quran. I am really not trying to criticise or anything just a good intentioned advice.
My daughter stay sleeping in our bed till the age of one year and half then i moved her to her bed but stay in with our room then 1 month ago when she became 3 years old i moved her to her room and it was very smooth without any difficulty or struggle because i think she was ready.
