Karishma ji you will find section 125 in CRPC or now section 144 of the BNSS and not the Indian Penal Code..
@@saurabhsinha180 Thanks for catching that! I misspoke and meant Section 125 CrPC, not IPC. You're right about Section 144, and BNS wasn’t in effect that time either. Appreciate your feedback!
Excellent lecture
No reading & writing only overconfident 👏🏻

The Way of Explanation🙌💫
I think section 125 crpc not ipc
From where did you get the booklets? If possible pls send a link to it. Or a good case law book pls😊
@@RimiBaidya-ux6jb These booklets are Bare Acts, which you can easily find offline at any bookstore or court premises. Online, they're available on platforms like Amazon or Flipkart-just search for Bare Acts. For case laws, it’s best to read daily judgments from the Supreme Court (SC) and High Courts (HC) easily available on Manupatra, indian kanoon, hc and sc official website.
Besides Amazon and Flipkart, Bare Acts can also be bought from the website of Professional Book Publishers Delhi or Eastern Book Company on their EBC webstore..
125 crpc😁
