I think it's safe to say that Paul Rodgers has one of the best rock voices of all time. Bad Co.👍
Agreed
Heck yes!
Very Safe
I said the same thing a long time ago and he still has that voice
Mick Jagger said he has The Best voice in Rock n Roll. I agree with Mick.....✌❤🤘
Burnin' Sky is by far my favorite Bad Company tune.
These boys Rock in the 70s and they Rock in 2023... Sweet Jesus didn't we have some beautiful music back in the day !
♥️Amen♥️
😊
🤘
I wish bad company would go on tour . They are one of rock's greatest bands of all time.
He could sing the phone book and make it sound good. Natural gift. Jim
The voice of Paul Rodgers, the guitar of Mick Ralphs, and all the sound of this SONG, really AMAZING!!
Paul Rodgers is like no other singer. He has so much passion and power to his voice. I love to hear him sing.
Nobody's like Paul Rodgers.
Ya, it’s too bad Jim Morrison of the Doors didn’t have that kind ding voice cause he definitely had passion in his singing.
@@williammcclain1417 sorry, Never liked the Doors that much. Opinions vary but
Heard this song for 1st time when I was hitchhiking. That was 1978 if I remember correctly. The dude that gave me a ride had the 8 track tape playing this song. What memories!
❤
I probably wouldn't have picked you up in the first place...
Ditto...I also had unique and lone wolf experience with this band's music blasted loud....except for beach hyppocrit incident very young + long-haired their influence has been marker of my apocalypses in dream mode till I encounter 💵💰&🦺man-eddie and moved..WAY FORWARD!!!end..
Bad Company is one of the best bands that ever played! I can listen to EVERY song they played! Not a bad one in all!
Ever listen to Knapsack? 🤮
Free was even better. The unfortunate loss of their marvelous but ill-fated guitarist resulted in the formation of Bad Co. I've loved both for more years than I care to remember now. 😊
@@biggusdickus7089 Awww, Knapsack is at least cute, and as an intro to the next song makes for a charming transition. YMMV of course.
But why does the stupid Rock and Roll hof keep ducking this band????WTF
Railroad
Free, Bad Company, The Firm and Queen + PR. Paul Rogers is a criminally underappreciated lead vocalist
Somehow this simple video is the perfect compliment to an awesome song.
I listened to this song with my dad in his car on the way to an oral surgeon. I thank him and my mom(who likes Bon Jovi) for introducing me to such wonderful rock artists of time.
I do like modern music, but I love myself some classic rock.🤘
I feel so lucky to have seen them.. in Seattle Coliseum 1979.. was unreal.. no gimmicks.. just frikkin rock.. sounded just like they do on their albums. Easily best concert i ever seen
Turn that vinyl up!!!!!! Loud
Masterpiece for all time
I am 57 and when I heard Paul Rodgers as a teenager I thought he was the best male vocalist I had ever heard...I still do...there are other great singers but hes the best by far
Yuppers I'm 56 and Paul Rodgers had that nice smooth voice 👍
One of the best rock songs in history
Yesss!!!
Yesss!!!
Nothing like listening to this song cranked in the car. Jim
1973 Monte Carlo with 360 watts in 4 6x9 3-way speakers! The stereo was worth more than the car.
Has been my favorite since 1975 !!!!!!
Had this on 8 track, man it was cool growing up in the 60's and 70's
Sir you're doing nothing but telling the truth the seventies were awesome to grow up in
About 77'as I remember I was 15.
Damn RIGHT!!!!
He's the only guy still sounding the same after so many years. I think he's tops!!! In R&R.
This song never gets old like me ...rock on bad company...
Paul’s voice on this is staggering. The guitar and percussion is brilliant.
One of their best imo.
Old Bad Company just a really good band love so much of their music
Dang! I love this song. The guitar 🎸, the crack of lightning and thunder 🌩️⚡, I could listen to this all day .
Love this band they are a legend. .many years have I enjoyed thier tunes.
Real heartfelt earnest classic rock ditty. You cannot hate on Bad Company!
Takes me back to cruising the streets with my friends when this came out. Great times, great memories.
Those drums! That bass! That guitar! That voice! Oh Mama!
Thread bear.
Paul Rogers, rock blues god.
I was just a kid....rocking!! ❤#70sgreatness #thewonderyears The best rock years...ever!!
My soul is on fire for this song 💕😍💕😍
Still jamming out in 2022...
To a great song 😊
Been jamming to this one since 1994
'I'd rather die than see you with another man' ... perfect delivery.
Gives me shivers.
BADASS. BAD COMPANY. IM ROCKING AND ROLLING TONIGHT. 80s CHILD FOREVER
Been listening to this guy singing, since 69, I was impressed back then, But more so today ! He takes some beating that's for sure,I don't think I am stretching it, when I say, this guy Rodgers, is one of the best ever singers, this country has ever produced.
Probably because he's British:-)
@@karentroyer9688 Well I did say our Country, forgive me for assuming everyone knew which Country I was referring to ! But for those like myself who are fellow Brits, I doubt very much they needed an introduction to the man.Longevity is an understatement,And he still sounds great !!

@@tinocastro3678 What ?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Sounds like you are a true fan of the man !😂😂👍👍
Awesome tune. What a great time to grow up in.
One of Simon Kirke's greatest studio performances. He has many, but this is a standout track that showcases his drumming.
The best ever. In my humble opinion.
After listening to this I believe my soul's on fire
Paul is simply the best vocalist. I’ve seen em all...Plant, Jagger, Daltry, Freddie Mercury and Rodgers...He is in a league by himself.
Don't forget about the scorps, seen them last year. 70+ and still one of the most beautiful voices of our time!!! 🎯❣️❤️✌️
I've seen all those guys u mentioned except Paul
My Bad!!!
He's So Good!
Yes paul is the best i think and i play guitar
I totally agree.
He just passed away correct?
❤🔥to my Lord Jesus Christ!
One of my all time favorite songs
LOVE Paul Rodgers ' voice, music he writes. Fabulous musician. Fabulous Band. Fabulous CAREER.
We love PAUL 💓
He is what you call a Musical Genius.Plays all instruments on cutloose Prince, the same Paul Mcartney the same. I cant even play the Yazoo
2023 if bad company is.not in hall of fame, start a petition ! ! !
I've always loved bad company since I was a kid ,getting ready for school jammin to this at the bus stop. Lol
For sure even at this moment
same...those were better days... 😞
Enlightened soul- I don't know if you have been told this recently but I want to say that I am totally taken aback by your Lil picture of you in the corner there... You are so very beautifully cute and so easy on the eyes this morning 😍❤️
Right on girl
@@tanahankla8902 love this jam
This song is just cool.
Excellent Song!
Sexy
You have good taste in music......
On fire 🔥
Just one of best! 💯🎶♥️ I’m 60 years old.. it’s 2020 I have been leasing too this seen the 70’s Love Love this song ♥️🎶
One of my favorite BC songs!
I've seen Zeppelin, Bad Co. and The Firm (which was a combination of them both with Paul Rodgers and Jimmy Page) and after 37 years, there are still no words to describe what I saw that night when they both took the stage together. It was spectacular beyond measure!! Paul Rodgers' voice echoed throughout every cell in your body while Jimmy Paige brought out his bow with lasers... At some point, the crowd just went absolutely WILD and built a human chain ladder from the first and second level balcony onto the floor. It was complete PANDEMONIUM!! ~ The place was "Radioactive" with "Satisfaction Guaranteed" !! Mar 31, 1986 ~The Firm / Virginia Wolf MEAN BUSINESS TOUR @ The Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was still the best show EVER and that includes Pink Floyd with David Gilmore at JFK the following year. That one comes in number two only because Paul Rodgers and Jimmy Page set the bar sooo high that night. WOW!!!
My first concert running with The pack... Awesome!!! Wing stadium Kalamazoo Michigan 🇺🇲
Love these old blues based rock bands.
Im a 33 but this music from a late 60 and 70.is Best of Best. I cant get enought of it and listen to almost all genres
bad ass in a way society dont understand anymore.
This is the sound of a band that's totally locked in! Mick Ralphs guitar work is something special on this one. Simple but stunning.
Mick was also a founding member of Mott the Hoople too. Quite a resume
This dude knows how to change keys in his voice.
WOW!
Control of this song...is simply amazing...God Bless
Stunning visual accompaniment thank you kindly!
Used to go to high floor overlooking bay...to watch lightning. Played this music. Different breed. Good friends, good times. Decades ago.
A great song by a great band. Love it.
When I was 7ish (1987), my dad would take me in his I-Rock Z with the tops off and we would blast this album and drive to Redondo Beach for no reason other than being cool dudes.
Paul is acknowledged greatness, but I love Mick's pure rock approach to the guitar. It's truly a thing of beauty. Simon Kirke drumming is always interesting, filled with charisma but on the beat. Boz plays what needs to be to be played. It's the definition of Rock.
I believe my soul is on fire!
I must've heard this song 1000 times but never knew the words or what it's about. Until now.
Oh yeahhh!
some songs just sound acceptable, some sound really good, and then some sound unusual, and then you have this one, Impossible to catagorise, so i will put this gem into its own class, one of extreme appeal.
Ditto
Bad Company is rockin
Saw these Kats awhile back ( long while) I
read that he wrote this tune within like 20-30 minutes great tune
amazing band should be name BAD ASS company for real 70 years old and still enjoying every minute thank you BAD COMPANY for f*@King real.........CHARLES FROM VENYUTRA CA
my feet and legs get tired every time I hear this song.....can't stop keeping time to this mesmerizing beat. Rodgers is the best, all things considered.
What things?? Just curious 🤨
@@karentroyer9688 Style, soul, phrasing, passion, timing, pitch, just to name a few.
One of the better love triangle murder songs in the rock and roll library.
Love this song !!!
Very lucky and blessed to have seen them live. Unbelievable music starting with the Free days.
Rock and Roll at its finest..
"The Sky is Bruning" Awesome Song Bad Company !!!
Paul's voice is unreal on this! That was a great album.
in the USSR in 1977 was the day of elections of deputies to the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, ... there was propaganda at the electoral precincts and everyone was playing SOVIET SONGS, I took a cassette (bobbin-circular) with a concert from my older brother 1976 - Burning sky ... and turned on the whole area of the city !!! ... AWESOME - the youth shuddered ... it was COOL !!! ... Bad company and Paul Rogers --- I knew them since 1974 .... in 1977 I was 11 years old .. !!! Freddie and Rogers are the MAGIC STRONGEST VOICES .. then PLANT .. !!!
Love Bad Company 🥰
All around great song ! 🎶 when it hurts, it hurts. ✌🏼
The best voice anywhere anytime an has always been that way sounds as good at 70 as he did at 20 who else does no fucker
Memories! Love this song.
Classic !!!
My favorite Bad Company album. In '77 I would sleep at Leo Carillo State Beach in So Cal almost every weekend with my girlfriend & this is one of the albums that was on continuous play in the cassette player in my car. Cops never rousted us. No one bothered us. Some people would join us & we'd all smoke a joint. Try getting away with that today. Whenever I hear this album, I see the burning sunset at the beach & my girlfriend's hair blowing in the ocean breeze & I hear the sweet sounds of Bad Company mixed with the gentle crashing of the waves along the shore. This album will forever be seared into my brain with all my other precious memories. And OMG, I can't hearing "Morning Sun" without crying now. Thanx, Bad Company! I owe you so much!
P.S. I don't care what anyone says, the actual lyric is "They caught me BURNIN' a bridge!"
Every band has " their song " this is theirs
Bad Company music is the soundtrack of many a wild weekend in the late 70's- early 80's.
Until the internet came along, I thought Bad Company was American, and I actually grew up listening to them. They have a very bluesy American sound, and I know what I mean by that, even if I can't explain it.
A heavy Eagles!
as long as you know NUFF SAID ME KNOW TO ✋👽
Super American!
They said they were often mistaken for an American band.
How playful are you? Playful kitten.
If this song don't make you tap your foot...Check your pulse you might be dead
Bad Company4life!!!!!!
"Oh yeah..."
I LOVE THAT.
great voice and great music always enjoyed their songs
just perfect!
Can't find any music like this these days! I love Bad Co.
"I Love you Baby anyway..." 🦅
We were jamming to this song in this barracks in Germany in 1980. 3rd Infantry Div.
The band lays down a simple but tasty rhythm 96 bpm Always leaving a lot of room for Paul ‘s incredible vocals and finally Mick lays down some searing G minor pentatonic lead guitar and bing bong bang just like that another timeless masterpiece !
that bass is like a predator
This song ROCKS!! Bad Company's best 🤘
This song is🔥
The vocals almost make me overlook the great axe work
Proper blues and soul. Perfect
I balanced a walk on the RR Tracks in Durham NC once and had a premonition daydream that came true. The feet are represented by Pisces and calves Aquarius. Thanks.
Badass Song that's all there is to say about it. These guys are/were all Brits yet they sound like American outlaws in all their tunes. They were good friends with Led Zeppelin shared the same manager and toured with them a lot but they have a completely different sound.
love this..bad company rocks :)
