Hey, great video it was really informative! I was curious on your opinion of RSM M&A. I’m currently in EY as an audit associate (not qualified), but I’ve recieved an offer from RSM M&A. Ideally my end goal is to move into Private equity. I know that PE firms typically only hire ex bankers but as an M&A analyst i’d be doing the same role (smaller deals but still IB work). Do you think RSM M&A is worth it and is a good career path to move into PE. I can’t transfer internally to EY’s corporate finance division so just want to know if it’s still well respected to be in RSM M&A and it’ll give the same exit ops.
Hi, new subscriber here. I recently completed uni studying accounting and econometrics, and I'm thinking of getting into FP&A. If I were to apply for a b4 grad program, which one would be most relevant? Thanks Edit: specifically, I haven't seen an "FP&A grad program", so which program should I apply for (consulting, financial advisory etc.)?
Hey, as far as I'm aware, there aren't FP&A grad schemes at the B4. To help you get into FP&A in your second role, I think doing Corp Fin at the B4 is probs the best route. Can get into FP&A via consulting and audit as well.

Can you suggest any course which will help acquire the soft skills required for the job which is valid in the industry.
I'm making a video on training courses actually! it will be out soon :)
Thank you!!
My pleasure :)
