Yeah, this. People seem to refuse to accept that this was the GOAT of dunk contests. MJ & Nique' was huge because they were stars of their generations, and VC was amazing because he was so innovative, but these dunks took what they did and added style on it to make it fresh.
Foreal if these two players were like Lebron and Curry, it would be easily the greatest contest of all time but time will make people realize this contest is truly GOAT.

I grew up watching the all star dunk contest since the 80s and this is probably the best one I've seen in history.

Just wanted to say that the last time i was excited out of my mind was VC's win at the 2000 Slam Dunk.This was just a phenomenal dunk competition. Two incredibly athletically gifted guys going head to head. If you have people falling off chairs and what not...it sure was amazing. I hope they participate next year too. I only watch the All Star Competition for the Dunk competition. This was a tie and they should have shared the trophy!

Because they don't compare dunks to others, if you saw lavines dunk first without seeing Gordon's previous one than u would probably agree it's a 50
If both the gordon dunk and the lavine copy dunk are the same rating than that just proves how broken the rating system is

+Mike Hawk You can't repeat a dunk that you yourself have done before, but it's not like they make up these dunks in the spot. So if two people have the same dunk the judges don't count off points for it
