Thank you for an informative review!🤗 Just a quick thought, the rather-limited tilt range of DJI is because of the different structure design. OM6 is designed to be more portable and lightweight and thus more suitable for every-day casual user, while those who have more professional needs may go with hohem V3. For me, DJI is a great choice as a travel gimbal! Also, fellow android user here, after the recent update, I do have 4k at 60fps through mimo app on my Samsung. 😎
Another selling factor for me is the 4 click quick manuever the Hohem does to enable you to film yourself with the wide angle lens without having to take your phone out of the mount like OM6. Will you be reviewing the new Zhiyun CQ5? I would love to see a 3 way shoot out of Isteady V3, OM6, and CQ5. I'm leaning towards the Hohem. I'm concerned about the phone mount width and I wish the remote clicked into place so it can't fall off easy. They fixed the light falling off of the M6, but then didn't give that feature to the new remote? How secure is the remote in the handle? Have you had any issues of it falling out?
Hey man!! Nice videos tbh. I've been watching you for a couple of days already. I got a question because Im about to buy the Hohem iSteady M6.. But now I see this new Isteady V3.. What would you advice? I guess the M6 has a "higher" load capacity for accessories?. How is the tilt range on that V3? I know the OM6 had some issues with it. Now I got some dilemma between the M6 & V3..
Depends on your needs. If you travel and you want something that doesn't take a lot of space V3 is a better option but has limitations. The tilt cannot be compared to M6 there you have the full range of motion, you can mount the majority of the accessories and lenses and the gimbal will handle it, but it takes 3 times more space. Personally, I value more comfort and portability when traveling. Really depends on your needs
Is there a way to add counterweights to the Hohem iSteady V3? Can the Hohem rotate 360 degrees at the base motor like the M6? Wondering if I can use my smartphone case with Hohem. It fits in the DJI OM6. The bracket width comparison is another feature I'm looking for no one has mentioned in any reviews. Thanks.

Can you compre the iSteady v3 to the Insta360 Flow? I wonder whether the flow is better or the v3 hohem when it coems to range of motion pan/tilt/roll
range of motion on 360 is worse than OM6. The 360 has the best software on the market and the worst hardware. I returned mine long time ago
