    Sir mera bahut haifall ho raha tha but alkaline and raw diet pe jyada lene se mera haifall bahut control ho gaya hai ab jyada oiling ki bhi jaroorat nhi padti..bhagwan ne apke video ke madhyam se logo ki bahut help ki hai..aapko koti koti pranam

    शर्मा जी, मैं एक वर्ष से मांस, अंडा, दूध, पनीर छोड़ दिया हूं, पर नर्व कंप्रेस हो रहे, गले के और रीढ़ के, हाथ पैर में सुन्न और झुनझुनी हो रहा। कहीं पढ़ा हूं कि मांसाहार छोड़ने से B 12 का कमी होता है जो नर्व का आवरण बनाता था और अब B 12 का कमी से आवरण नहीं बन रहा तो आसानी से दब रहा और झुनझुनी और सुन्नपन आ हो रहा।
    यह कितना सही है मुझे नहीं मालूम। मैं आप लोगों से इतना सीख लिया हूं कि जिसे हम कच्चा खा सकते हैं वही हमारा असली प्राकृतिक आहार है।

    Aare bhaiya garmi chal rhi log dehydration se maut ho rhi hai body ka namak nikal rha low bp le bad death ho rhi hai. Pls aisa jahreela gyan mt do....
    Salt is medicine and also need for consumption.. ignore white salt ... accep. Pink salt black salt. Sendha namak
