@AOPRERE Tell me to who you are referring. There is ONE person who did this before me(my first one was April 17th, 2014). I am genuinely curious to see if you know who that is
I’m 71 years old, and I am a fan. I love the underwater action. I have spent a lot of time studying fish and how they act and behave and strike. The new technology today is phenomenal and it is so exciting. I love the young blood today and the refreshing excitement in what once was my bread and butter . I have seen little fish take big fish, I am seeing a 200 pound shark take a A hair breath of No skin left on a hook as it was being reeled in. My success is working at it. Just like you are, except you have an edge.
I bet that the fish didn't care for it slowly rolled across its bed because it was guarding fry not protecting its eggs and the bait crawling across the bed doesn't look like a threat to the fry compared to it swum through the area of the bed may look like the bait is attacking the fry
Dane that was exactly my thought as well, this isn't a bed fish guarding eggs. Its a fry guard and that bigger bait or bluegill bait is going to get hammered anywhere near that fry. We can see the fry in this footage.
I have some storm soft shades & plastic shrimp Pre rigged w/ hooks in them. They have fairly large gaps on the bottom with the hooks eyelet in the bottom..so I was wondering how to fish those.
That was awesome... and yes, just like in TB's video, those fish are so fast and so accurate with their strikes, it amazes me every time I see it on video like this! Great footage Tyler! Big thumbs up!
Dang bro, you looked like a kid just 4 years ago! I knew you were young, I just didn't realize how young. With your success to date, the sky is the limit for you. Keep God first, and good things happen!
tyler, i would certainly consider you an expert as well! much obliged! keep them coming and ill keep watching. might even pick up my dusty pole one of these days!
What's up Tyler my name is Joe, I am a big fan of yours and love watching your videos but, I really wanted to know how can I get one of those Huddleston swimbaits and the other white swimbait that you use? Including the size as well? Looking forward to hearing from you.
dude, as a former saltwater pro, my hat is off to ya. No only are you a good ag, you are doing great things. If you ever need any graphics, decals, wraps, signs, trade show or packaging help etc, look me up. I am in Georgetown. Gig'em
Www.centexwrapsnsigns.com is one of them. Used to fish the redfish tours pretty heavily. Now all I do is wraps boats and vehicles and stare at my Tran cat wishing I could go fishing haha.
awesome video bro are you seeing the footage in reel time or do you review it prior to making the video, and what are you using to shoot the underwater footage
Watching what happened made me remember what a guy told me, once you get a hit lower your pole and reel until it tightens then set the hook, he said if you just yank from the bite you actually turn the fish around pull it from their mouth which looks like what happened here. Pleasant fishing my friend 👍
The bass hits the lure when the lure looks like something alive not something fake. In water that clear movement is crucial. The more chance they have to scrutinize it the less chance there is of a take. That water is super clear, you can see the fry pretty easily. That makes it tough. I’ve seen a lot of good fishermen that come from stained water lakes pull their hair out when they encounter clear water. They can’t catch a cold unless they learn to go about things in a completely different way.
Tyler, Great footage on this fish and sharing it's reaction but I don't think this isn't a bed fish guarding eggs. Its a fry guard and that bigger bait or bluegill bait is going to get hammered anywhere near that fry. We can see the fry in this footage.
Don't forget to SHARE on Facebook and Twitter to win free lures!
Tyler go do your homework lol

+Brian Stew sweet what's your website?
Www.centexwrapsnsigns.com is one of them. Used to fish the redfish tours pretty heavily. Now all I do is wraps boats and vehicles and stare at my Tran cat wishing I could go fishing haha.
Hey Tyler great video!!! That's some awesome underwater footage!!
Sick Video !!
Thanks!!
awesome video bro are you seeing the footage in reel time or do you review it prior to making the video, and what are you using to shoot the underwater footage
What is the typical hookup ratio on the hud 68? The hooks seem so embedded that it seems like a hindrance?
Watching what happened made me remember what a guy told me, once you get a hit lower your pole and reel until it tightens then set the hook, he said if you just yank from the bite you actually turn the fish around pull it from their mouth which looks like what happened here.
Pleasant fishing my friend 👍
