    Hey man! This may not mean much to you, but this video literally saved me. I can't thank you enough. Was going through a tough time and mental health issues... Couldnt get past 10-15 Qs a day.... Your advice saved me.
    Recieved my score report a few days ago and got 260.. (still cant believe)
    This channel deserves so much more appreciation. 🎉🎉

    Some people that have achieved high step1 scores suggest doing usmle rx prior to uworld qbank. What is your take on that ?

    Good Stuff! I sit down and think "I'm gonna get through my 80Q today for sure, just gotta focus!" and soon after I have my okonomiyaki batter ready and pan heated up >.

      @@Mehlmanmedical Yeah, modanyaki would be nice but much more labor-intensive; my okonomiyaki was literally just flour, water, egg, cabbage, leek, and salt. oh and bacon + bonito. smothered in sauces :P

    I usually do questions do shelf questions in Uworld by system. Is random better overall for learning?

    Can someone help me, please? I understood Mike recommends Tutor, Untimed, and Random Mode. By Random Mode, does he mean ALL SHELF SUBJECTS and ALL SYSTEMS at the same time? Or does he mean ALL SHELF SUBJECTS and then System by System (e.g., CV System, then Renal, then Pulmonary, then Nervous System, etc.)? Thank you very much.

    Thank you again for this. Can you elaborate a little more when a student is feeling overwhelmed with the explanations? Is your position still to just read the explanations as best as you can, then move on? Don't focus so much on trying to understand or remember the concept? I got to your PDFs when there is a concept that I am just not grasping. Thank you again

    Heyy, I have a question. If we are doing a block of 10 questions, we have to review and read through the explanation before that 5 minutes break before starting the next block?

      Tutor mode has the explanations right after u solve a question

      More than 3 years is "old graduate."

      I’m in a situation where I feel like I need to give more time to step2 but I won’t make it by this year’s deadline .
      Friend of mine suggested just get it done , I personally don’t feel confident that I can score good on step2 hence want a 1y delay .

    Dou still agree with reading the whole explanation? Also the same for amboss? What about reading the whole library after every question 🙏

      Making a block out of 10 qs and not taking a break until you finish and review those. It’s very effective imo
