Most other Otterbox videos are like (opening the case) "So, you basically push down with your finger on this side and then move it down, basically. And then..." -- suuuuuch a slog Thank you for using descriptive language on the nuances between the two and describing how it opens. I'm in agreement with everyone here: it was brief, to the point, descriptive, and I got the info with no sponsorships or added fluff. Somehow, straightforwardness is exceedingly rare nowadays lol
lol. I know exactly what you mean. I appreciate the feedback! I initially try to provide detailed videos that get to the point without asking viewers to like and subscribe and injecting sponsorships. But I try to add some comedy so they aren’t too boring. Glad you enjoyed it!
Well, I’ve always bought the defender and then I got the pro but they’re just not pretty as the other ones. I wonder what the real differences for protection.
I think the Pro has a higher drop rating. I have it on my list of future videos to test it if I ever have an opportunity get a a bunch of phones to drop test. I’m not dropping my phone.
I always ripped the screen protector plastic off the front part and used an actual screen protector. Yeah, it’d allow dirt to more easily get into the case, but i never liked their screen protector. It’s too reflective and just felt weird
In my personal experience, no. I’ve been using these for years on multiple phones with no issues. Two years on an iPhone 6, four years on an iPhone X, two years on an iPhone 13, and one year on an iPhone 15.
Never have i ever enjoyed watching a phone case vid. But this one, i did...
Best I've seen, and I've seen a lot. Cheers dude.
I appreciate it!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you. Your video helped us get the case in. It didn’t come with instructions and I was afraid to break it! Glad I found this video.
Glad I could help!
Thanks man. I've been wondering and this answers everything 🤘
Awesome! Glad it helped!

Same here. I use a tempered glass screen protector.
Super thorough review and interesting presentation. Thanks!
Glad it helped!
What about the defender XT?
I haven’t tried it, but I added it to my list of future videos!
Thank you so much for doing this in depth!!
Glad it was helpful!
Just the info I needed, thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Wont the phone over heat with so many layers of covers on the back?

great job
If the rubber cover fits really nice and snug now it will likely change pretty soon
